Name: Head of Security Timmemes
Branch: Site 05 Security
Rank: Head of Security

Are you applying for Light or Heavy Manager: LCZ Manager (Director of Research and Security)

How active are you now: On everyday for at least 2-3+ hours - some exceptions if I am busy with sports

Do you feel overly stressed with your current rank: No, I feel that Security isn't being treated fairly in some cases which is pushing me to make changes and release updates.

Why should you be picked for manager(250+ Words):  Personally, I am ready to move on from HoS. I love my department, and I am entirely grateful for all my hardworking and dedicated command members, but it is time for me to use my skills somewhere else. I believe that with my Security experience especially, I will excel as an LCZ Manager, and help SCP-RP LCZ become a much better and productive place. I will help teach RP, enforce rules, help with guidelines, and also help other personnel in Site 05 be better at their job. I will lead Research and Security to a more proactive and successful place by orchestrating escorts, protection of D Block, and being efficient and smart with SCP-173 breaches. I am a great leader, and I want to use my amazing skills to help somewhere else. Even though I would be leaving Security, I will in different ways continue to help command and assist them in anything like writing Documents to roster management. I will teach and protect members of LCZ, but I will also keep information secret and protected while making sure that there is no mingery going on. If I get accepted, I will continue to crack down on people not wanting to RP, and help the people who are here to do what their job. I also have qualifications from PoliceRP, as I am an active member of EMS Command and therefore know how to handle people and monitor activity. I will help make LCZ the safest and most productive section of Site-05 that SCP-RP and all of Site Administration have seen in a while by doing everything stated above to my fullest possible extent. I am ready for this opportunity, I am mature, active, and knowledgeable. Thank you for reading my application. (if you read this put a smiley face at the end so I know you read it fully)

How are your leadership skills:Personally, I believe that I am very good at leading/organizing Task Forces and coming up with strategies to prevent enemies and CI from breaching or taking hostages. From experience within Security, I can lead my men into combat with CI and prevent them from getting out with any CI. I pride myself in my recent successful raid on CI in HCZ. I set a Task Force at D Block and rendezvous in HCZ with the NTF Commander (Polar) and successfully prevented CI and drove them all the way back to EZ where we finished them off, while others within CI took cyanide pills to escape becoming hostage.

How would you deal with 173 breach(For LCZM) : First, I would notify all available units inside of LCZ and my MTF A1 protection if needed that there is an SCP 173 breach. Then I would move it to Defcon 4 and possibly Defcon 3 if needed. I would then make sure I am accompanied by atleast 2 Security or MTF to contain 173. We would corner 173 and keep our eyes on him so he doesn't move, and then the two Security or MTF would walk over, /me attempts to restrain 173, and then /roll. If both are taken out I would slowly back away and call for further assistance to my location. In the case that we do restrain him, I would keep it at Defcon 4 until he is safely secured back into his CC in LCZ. The whole time we would be in communication with other units in case of an emergency or problem.

How would you deal with CI: First I would make sure MTF is notified and locking down EZ/HCZ, and set it to Defcon 3. Then I would request that all Researchers and any important staff in LCZ move to a safer location, and also request MTF/NTF to move into the LCZ part of the facility. I would also request that a member of Security Command or MTF A1 escort me to a safe location. If the CI presence is still located in EZ, I would put D Block on Lockdown, and send either Delta or Echo squad (GenSec) led by a Low Command member to assist the MTF in preventing and eliminating the CI in EZ. Same for HCZ, I would send the same squads to control and help MTF stop the CI breach.

What would you do on Defcon 3-1: Defcon 3: I would make sure that most Security and possible MTF inside LCZ are working to contain any breached SCP's. I would also request that Researchers cease tests and move to their safe room. I would put D Block on lockdown, and leave only the essentials there to prevent any riots or break-out attempts.

Defcon 2: First I would do lockdown D Block and leave only the bare essentials there to prevent riots or break-outs, and move most of the Security to containment. I would then make sure all Researchers site officials are safe and secured, and also make sure I am protected too.

Defcon 1: At this time, I would escort all personnel including me to the panic room in HCZ to be safe from the warhead blast, prioritizing myself and any researchers/site administration. We would be protected by Security and any MTF, and if they have time possibly escorted out of the facility.

What would you do if a security sgt disrespected you/disobeyed orders: First I would talk to them about not being disrespectful to higher ups, and explain the hierarchy, how I outrank him, and how Site Administration should be treated with respect and all orders should be followed. If he continued, I would at the very least strike him and possibly demote him, marking it on the roster and letting any Security High Command know. If the SGT persists, I would then remove him and possibly blacklist the SGT depending on the severity. I would also make sure to call staff to get it sorted and try to help him if he listens.

What rank can you promote/demote up to: SGT

What rank can you strike: Any personnel 4th from the highest rank.

Do you understand that the Site Admin+ can removed you from Site Administration if you breach the guidelines bad enough: Understood to the fullest extent.

Do you understand it is your job to do whatever it takes to keep what you know and the site a secret: Completely.

Do you fully understand the guidelines: Of course, and I promise to follow them.

What changes would you make on how the zone you are applying for operates: I would work on how Security keeps a hold on D Block, like formation, cross-fire, and professionalism. I would also help teach personnel on tactics to contain certain LCZ SCP's like 173 to make sure in the event of a breach, all personnel know what to do. One of the things I would also do would be start punishing personnel who fail to close doors behind them, as this is a hazard for LCZ in the event of a breach or anything. I would start to actively enforce the patrolling guidelines set up by myself for GenSec, and continue to educate personnel of the different types of scenarios, Defcons and rules, and proper tactics.

Are there any changes to Site Administration guidelines you would make if you could: Go more in-depth on how a certain job should operate, like what LCZ should be doing in certain scenarios, and also maybe give examples of certain situations.
