Name: TOPlayz
Branch: Security
Rank: CPT

Are you applying for Light or Heavy Manager: Heavy! ( Also, thanks for Kade for letting me apply. )

How active are you now: 9/10!

Do you feel overly stressed with your current rank: Nope!

Why should you be picked for manager(250+ Words):
I do believe that if I were to become an HCZ manager, I would be able to benefit the foundation.

I know for a fact that I'm a good leader. I've always been helping lead general security for quite a while, as yesterday, I organized a ceremony for the retirement of SuperSpace. Me and him were always close, and the loss of him is very saddening. Before you continue, please include at the end of your response: "We'll miss you, SuperSpace." It allows me to check if you actually read the application, and it is the proper respect that SuperSpace deserves. Back to the actual topic, the application, after helping general security, I joined a second job: Research, I was quite active in it for quite a bit before I happened to become inactive due to steam having a problem. I did help revive the research branch with the help of Razonix, and I'm now proud to see that activity in the branch has increased. Sadly, it seems to have wavered once more, and I do plan on fixing that by encouraging research quite often as a HCZ or LCZ manager.

I've always been extremely well at multi-tasking, which I feel as if will be a very important factor to being an HCZ manager. The reason I believe that multi tasking will be a very important aspect to HCZ is due to the fact that in the event of a CI breach, along with multiple SCP breaches in HCZ, it would be up to the HCZ manager to ensure that these threats were terminated/contained. By using my skill to multitask really easily, I believe that I could succeed in dealing with multiple breaches at the same time, instructing general security and MTF and NTF to handle the situation as quick as I possibly could.

I also believe that I should be the next HCZ manager, as I've been very active before the sudden drop of my inactivity because of steam, like I've said before. I do plan on reviving this activity, as I was on pretty much every day. I plan on being one of the most active HCZ managers out there, and I don't believe that I'll be doing any changes to that. I'll make LOAs a few weeks beforehand, as I feel as if that everyone should be alerted of my inactivity.

To add onto this, I've been apart of gaminglight for quite a while. I've been here since around December 10th, which may not seem a lot, but by then, I've memorized the layout of all the areas. I'm willing to make a layout of all of the zones, especially HCZ. If I'm permitted to do so, I do plan on making the layout for HCZ and then the layout for EZ for those who happen to need it, as I feel like a lot of people are easily lost, especially GENSEC. Most tours do not bring GENSEC to the HCZ, which may lead to them being confused in the event that they are told to go to a certain containment chamber. I plan on staying in the HCZ for most of the time, and I'll only check on LCZ at times if I feel as if nobody is supervising LCZ at the moment.

I also feel like I should be the HCZ manager due to the fact that I'm able to learn things quite quickly and understand them. With this knowledge, I feel as if I'll be able to write documents up in an efficient and in good quality. I respond to DMS very quickly as long as I'm available, which allows communication to be very handy for everyone who needs to talk with me. I've never ignored dms unless I was very busy at the moment, and I'm sure most of you can reflect on this. If I was ever pinged, I'd quickly go check it out, trust me. I'm usually available after 4:30 CST, and I usually go to sleep at around 10 or 11. On weekends, I often stay up to increase my activity and have a nice time on gaminglight.

Another thing that will allow me to perform my duties as HCZ manager way better would be the fact that I'm quite well known around the community. I have over a week of playtime, and I've always been communicating and socializing with everyone on gaminglight! I was somewhat active on DarkRP while it was alive, which also leads to somewhat of a server wide reputation from me. I have over 100 posts in the forum, and quite a good amount of reputations if I do say so, in which thanks everyone for that. To add onto about organizing things quite well, I've always been able to organize events quickly. It didn't take long to get everyone to the d block wall yesterday for the ceremony. I can use that skill to organize a barricade at HCZ in the event that CI were to do a raid, we would be able to respond quickly. I also feel that I would be able to call to MTF quickly if needed, as my skill of being able to type very quickly can allow me to call MTF as quick as possible.

I joined gaminglight at around December 10th, 2018, like I've said before. I've been doing my best to be quite active, and I'm sure all of you have seen that by now. I joined gaminglight with about fourteen people on. I did my job as GENSEC, following all the orders I had. Which, is what I'm going to talk about now! I've always been able to follow orders, even the most suicidal orders.

Another reason why I believe I should become the HCZ manager is that I'm aware on how to contain most SCPs, infact, my knowledge with SCPs are quite well. I'd rate them a 9.2! I do occasionally have trouble understanding newer SCPs, but I do often check on the site often to see if theres anything new! With my knowledge of how to contain SCPs, I do believe that I'll be able to instruct the general security and nine tailed fox and mobile task force in a professional manner, telling them exactly what to do in the scenario.

Adding onto what I said just now- I've been known to be quite the good role player, and I'm quite professional when I am needed to be. I feel as if HCZ manager should have someone who can role play quite well, and I do believe that I can fit that role very easily. I've been marked as "good role player" before on the roster ( its removed now because they didnt bother to re add it after promotions ), and I feel like I can utilize my role playing skills once more to have a professional HCZ manager.

How are your leadership skills:
I'd say a 9.3/10

How would you deal with 682 breach(for HCZM):
Right, I'd deal with a 682 breach as quick as possible. It would be an immediate defcon three or two, depending on if it was CI who released it, or if it had broken out due to being neglected, which I will ensure will not occur while I am online. I'd request MTF or NTF forces that are equipped with tranquilizers to restrain the SCP, most likely at least four or three MTF or NTF to handle it. General Security will be allowed to assist if needed.

How would you deal with CI: Dealing with CI is something that would be hard to prevent at the start, as you're unable to know when they will start raiding. If they happen to make it to the LCZ zone, I'd request general security officers to head to the medbay and avoid contact with CI. We would make two separate blockades, having each blockade do status reports. MTF and NTF will be notified, but held at the EZ checkpoint in the event that the CI do make it past the HCZ blockades. If it is likely that CI will raid, I would request to move to EZ with general security to attempt to make a blockade at the gates, after getting permission from a higher up. If I was in HCZ at the time of the raid, I would move to the panic room and request general security at the panic room as quickly as possible in order to escort towards LCZ.

What would you do on defcon 3-1:
A defcon three would be sheltering in the HCZ with general security near me. I would most likely head to the panic room if I were to be alone, and request that nobody were to enter HCZ if the breach has happened in the HCZ. In the event of defcon two, I would look around HCZ before authorizing an evacuation to the panic room. The reason why I believe the panic room is the best option is that in the event that the alpha warheads were to be set off, the EZ is right there. In the event of a defcon one, I'd request that all general security forces were to blockade the EZ, and only allow foundation personnel past. If it was up to me to detonate the alpha warhead, which is very unlikely, I would request that all general security head to the checkpoint first, along with researchers etc being escorted out by MTF and NTF forces, along with level four+ personnel.

What would you do if a security sgt disrespected you/disobeyed orders: Kindly tell them to stop/follow my orders. If they continued to resist, I'd either demote/strike them myself, or request that any high ranks were to deal with it if I happened to be busy at that time.

What rank can you promote/demote up to:  2nd Highest

What rank can you strike: 2nd Highest

Do you understand that the Site Admin+ can removed you from Site Administration if you breach the guidelines bad enough: Yes.

Do you understand it is your job to do whatever it takes to keep what you know and the site a secret: Yes.

Do you fully understand the guidelines: Yes.

What changes would you make on how the zone you are applying for operates: I do believe that janitors or technicians shouldn't even be in HCZ unless accompanied by general security or MTF or NTF. I know this is already a rule, but I don't ever see it enforced.

Are there any changes to Site Administration guidelines you would make if you could: Nope.

Good Luck!

I Agree with what Hooplaaa said.

both from Deathbringer and nimo are true as well.

I feel that Administrator jobs are for the most active players of this server and that spend a lot of their time RPing. In order to achieve HCZ Manager you will need to be more active.
