With the need for new command in research, I will now be holding an application period where all Senior Researchers plus may apply for Supervisory and Manager positions. Please answer these questions and post it in this section so that your peers can support or deny you.

Time in Research: From approx. 1-6-19 to present.

Position being applied for:  HCZ Manager (Although i'll take supervisor if i can't make manager.)

Why should you be research command, AKA what can you bring to the table that the rest of command can't? (100 word minimum) I feel like I should be research command, because of my extensive knowledge of SCPs. I believe I can bring a more serious RP and eliminate all the research team minges (trust me there is a lot of them). I'm also well known among the research branch, which means more people would most likely listen to me whenever something happens. I'm always friendly to my fellow peers, and I would put a friendly face for the research branch to show upon. I will encourage newcomers to become part of research so our group can expand, and maybe one day fill up the roster page.

What will you do to make research more active and better? (100 word minimum)(Tangible items like activity, expertise or the ability to run trainings, etc)? One of Research's greatest weakness is activity, when I was a D-Class there was always about 1-2 Researchers on. I will most definitely enforce activity (I'm on practically every day, so I'll make sure it happens). I also would have more designated trainers due to the lack of them, and those who are get pretty annoyed having to train them in the middle of an RP. Finally I will have weekly (at minimum) meetings trying to talk about the problems and status of the researcher team. And as I have mentioned before I have extensive knowledge on the SCP universe which can lead to better RPs and etc.

Position being applied for: LCZvw Manager

Why should you be research command, AKA what can you bring to the table that the rest of command can't? (100 word minimum) I know the rules, I try my best to keep the Juniors from getting into HCZ without a Senior+. I send in promotions/strikes. I pm Raz and tell him how research is going. I have frequent meetings, and again telling them to not go in to HCZ and other things, promote them and strike them, other than that I also try to be active in the fourms. I'm usually in LCZ so I'd probably be best up and in light containment. I have done a good amount of hours and game knowledge. Honestly you don't have to choose me but hey, I'm pretty active.

(100 word minimum)(Tangible items like activity, expertise or the ability to run trainings, etc)? Like I said im pretty active and I train a lot. Half the time im active I'm training assistants. I feel like I run them alright because people get trained a lot. I'm usually on every day. I might host events for research since I'm on the event team as well. Obviously I'll try to help other researchers and maybe escort juniors down to HCZ. Not much researchers get on that much, which makes research pretty boring for both SCPs and researchers. Im just trying to keep Research fun and active. Us researchers are mostly in the minority and that means not very much researchers on. Most I see on average is like 3 and they're mostly junior researchers, I want to train/promote more people to normal researcher so we can get some reports and more activity.

Position being applied for: Either HCZ Research Supervisor or HCZ Research Manager, witch ever one works.

Why should you be research command, AKA what can you bring to the table that the rest of command can't? I am active on almost every day, I love research, I love testing, and i love whenever researchers succeed. I can bring Success, prosperity, growth, and also joy to the researching community. I can teach other Juniors+ about the SCP Lore, the server in general, what the purpose of researching is supposed to mean. I will abide by the server rules, and i also know my way around the facility. I follow the rules of researching, i am aware of my surroundings, I am smart, Respectable, and Kind to others. I am strict whenever it comes to Researchers breaking the SOP, I will DM Raz about my ideas that researchers should have and should not have, and in my opinion i will be a good part of the researching team.

What will you do to make research more active and better? I am a Designated Trainer, and I worked hard for my position, I am active every day, I will train whenever a Assistant needs to be trained, I will work hard and always work hard, to make research better I will brainstorm ideas for more tests that Juniors+ will do (Especially Juniors) I would be active on the roster, put in people, and remove people. I will look over the testing process of Juniors+ in HCZ, and i would strike, and promote if needed too. I will DM Raz about any strikes/promotions, and I will be a good addition to the Low Command of Research. I will give it my all and always give it my all, Thank you for viewing my application.
