(150 Word Minimum)I feel like I have been in this community for some what a long time.im pretty mature i know all the rules of the server im really active, im friendly, i will always respect my higherups and listen to their order that they give me and would always try to help everybody with most of my ability, i think that i am pretty known in the community aswell.I am not strict and I like to have fun but I still will follow the handbook if needed I like to interact with different people if they need help I will guide them with no problem I like to help whenever I can. Some people know me and some others don’t but know you a little more about me but this is why I am very calm and able to give a good perception on both sides of the stories before making a judgement while also trying to make the players happy and understand what they have done wrong. I try my best to give a positive and happy experience when playing on GamingLight and I wish to further push these goals making GamingLight outstanding. During sits I am always calm and give each player time to talk about their sides. I have met so many other staff members and have learnt all about them and working with them, so the players can have a fun time playing! I will always enjoy being part of the staff team to make the community fair. GamingLight will always be the best server for entertaining the community and good staff members are part of it! All in all, I am a very fun person to be around and will always try for the best quality staff can give during my time on GamingLight. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?I would bring them to the most nearby roof and freeze them and would calmly talk to the player if they are cursing at me i would ask them nicely do calm down so i can explain what i am going to do/what he did, if they continue cursing at me i would gag them and continue explaining, i would warn them for massrdm and cursing at staff member then get them minged Edited January 27, 2019 by Cookie23 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
