Duncan McOkiner Posted January 27, 2019 Share Posted January 27, 2019 I'm sure this is unnecessary now, but for future reference: I have lots of experience with this, but not necessarily on this server. This generally seems to be caused by using some sort of animation (keys emote function, sweps that cause your player model to do a visible emote, or potentially even the surrender swep) and dying. When I managed a large DarkRP server, we had a "facepunch" emote (doing quite literally as you would imagine) that people would often abuse because you could spam it and suicide, causing your player model to look exactly like this.
