I believe that it was false because I had yelled carjack instead of adverting it. Back then, I was told that you could yell carjack and it would be the same thing. I honestly had no idea what I was doing and it was my first offence. I was not given a verbal warning or anything. That was my first time carjacking and was told I could yell instead of adverting which I did. He then pulled me into a sit and warned me then put me back down, without talking to me or giving me a verbal or anything. That is why I believe this warn should be removed.
