Observation: SCP-049 created a 49-2 instance, but performed a second surgery, converting the 49-2 into a Class D once again. Then, both Class D were instructed to leave the containment chamber, and instead grouped next to 049 at the opposite side of the door in it's containment chamber. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): N/a Errors and/or safety hazards: N/a Conclusion: SCP-049 might be a Cognito Hazard, as both Class D were somewhat reluctant to enter 049's CC, but changed their minds when entering it's Containment Chamber.
