So for example rather than placing atm's around like every other server does with atm's we could only let you store money via the bank and if a banker is on they could charge a certain amount of money to allow them to use the atm system. And if you kept a decent amount of money on you instead of in the atm you would drop it upon death. (It would be a percentage) So that way you could pay a small fee to use it.
