14.Why do you believe That you deserve this rank?: First off I love helping the staffs, I have almost a week of playtime but will proceed doing what i have to do in order to be better and get to spend time with the family in the server and want to help out more and more as time goes by. I will always and will comply of what these admins are to say to me. However the type of respect i put on the server is with respect and dignity. Also this server is the best server i played so far and i love how everyone and i will like to improve and like to test out my skills and help out the server and also improve my behavior just like a real professional and not play around when you are something that you are gifted to and to not play around with. All im asking for is just a chance that all. I respect the opportunity I am granted if this is accepted and wish that I can help the community out more, helping.

15.How would you handle someone that is mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: In my opinion what I would do is that I would try to calm him down to get his attention so that I can take control over him/her.First I would attempt to calm the player down and take control, remind him it is against the rules to be disrespectful of an admin. If this fails, Gag the user and then remind the user again that it is against server rules. Ungag the user and continue with it. If the user continues to be disrespectful, I would Gag user again and continue with sit. If the user follows I would warn the user for Staff Dis as well anything else user needs to be warned with. Otherwise, minge/warn the user for Staff Dis/Failure To Comply With Staff. If anything additional needs to happen, I would refer to the Staff Handbook or ask other staff.

Since you’re applying for T-mod I’m going to tell you this, t-mod cannot gag and you completely ignored the fact that (in Q15) that the player is RDMing. You sound like a nice guy, but you need more experience.

I am a little confused, you used this app for both PoliceRP as well as SCP-RP. You did not even care to change the VIP+ response you put for the donation question, SCP-RP does not have a VIP+ rank. If you want staff you may reapply in two weeks with a new application. This one is poorly written as well. Finally, try to get more well known and be active on the forums.
