You will be tested on it: yes I have Timezone: AEST Permission (Admin+ need this): n/a Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? whilst in my first few days on the server I didn't understand fully the importance of RP but after the first days and meeting some wonderful people and admins I've had a complete 180 in my attitude and have taken a more serious role in my RPing on this server, turning into a mature and from what I can tell liked player amongst those I play with and usually and am pretty active on the server usually spending 2-5hrs a day, while gaming on the server I'm usually playing to the best of my abilities and spending time helping those in need of help, also I would love to help people with their role playing experience using my own personal experiences to help new and up coming players in anyway that I can whether its with rule clarifications, rule breakers and other admin duties as they come up, i believe that taking a serious stand in my Role playing experience will help me as a trial mod as when I'm role playing as a sergeant in PD or a SNR SA in FBI I'm always open to helping those in need of help or guidance and would love to put skills that I have gotten to help others, IRL I believe working as a bouncer will also help me as I'm usually doing stuff a mod is doing where I'm taking people away from a situation and getting to the bottom of what happened, why it started and what punishments are deserved, it also helps me keep a calm, professional and cool headed approach to situations as they come up, regardless this server and the people playing in it have made it a wonderful experience and would love to give back/help in anyway that I can. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? firstly I would pull the person being accused of mass rdm into a sit explain to him what's going on and why I brought him into a sit and seeing how he's swearing and going off i would ask him to calm down if he does not I would gag the accused and tell him this will go a whole lot easier if he calms down see what he says in chat and if he continues and abuses me in chat I would warn him to stop if not would add staff abuse to his warns, I would then check !plogs checks stats, explain to him what will happen and the punishment he will be receiving and hope that he learns from it then bring a higher up admin and get him minged for 10k seconds and warn for Mass RDM and staff abuse and go about seeing if there's any other admin calls to go to.
