P.D VS water balloons

I would just like to bring light tothe new thing recently added to the game, water balloons. I have bought these balloons and its like i can not even use them sometimes, whenever i throw them at the pd/ other players, they always seem to tase, arrest me over it. I do not think that is fair due to the fact that you buy them to have fun with.

If it keeps happening they could arest you for disorderly conduct or suspicion of public intoxication but they shouldn't really give you a sentence for throwing a water balloon at them(unless it does damage)

You can still have fun with the water balloons, just without breaking the law. 

You have to realise that while you paid for this feature, it is not meant to ruin the experience of others around you. Through them at friends, or find others to mess around with them.

Tbh i think pd needs to calm down tazing ppl because if you look at videos of police tazing someone they only taze them when they have a kinfe and refuse to litsen ect think about being hit with 50,000 volts for throwing a balloon you should only taze them after many warnings
