(150 Word Minimum) I think I deserve this rank (Trial-Mod) because I've worked hard in my roleplay and I think I have gathered further knowledge of the Tasks I should be doing I think that with the knowledge I have gathered I will be apple to imprint it on my work in the staff steam I have since read over the staff handbook 3 times and will continue the studying to improve my knowledge of staff information, with me working on staff I believe that I can give back to the staff and community what they gave me love/care/support the community's support is my motivation to join the staff team as their support to me has been the most helpful and I just want to make the wrongs for everyone right. I believe that if I had the role of mod the things I wanted to help people with in the past would become a reality and would make me happy knowing that I have helped them out. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? first I should bring him to a rooftop and jail him and strip him of his weapons if this player starts to curse at me I will ask nicely for them to calm down if they continue I will gag them once they have calmed down I shall refer to the number of times they have RDMED and decide with either myself or another member of staff(higher) so that I can set a longer minge on him possibly 3,000 seconds which is appropriate if the mass RDM is an extremely high amount I shall call over or ask the higher staff than me to if he behaves I would be happy but I would still keep an eye on them in case they broke anymore rules. Some of them you can ask other staff because they are iffy. Other than that your a good guy, known in the community now .
