Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) I have a lot of experience as server staff from garry’s mod servers of every category. May it be TTT, Darp RP, or Serious Roleplay I have gathered a lot of experience creating a better community wherever I go. 5. What date did you start playing on the community? I started playing on this Community in the middle of May, and have been an active member up until now (Almost about 3 months) 6. What date did you make your forums account? June 18th 7. Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? User 8. How many warns do you have on the server? I have no warnings 9. Have you donated? I haven’t no but as I dedicate more time to the server that could certainly change. 10. What rank are you applying for? Trial Moderator 11. Have you read the staff guidelines at http://gaminglight.com/main/topic/20650-staff-handbook/? You will be tested on it: Yes, Of Course 12. Timezone: Central Standard Time 13. Permission (Admin+ need this): N/A 14. Why do you believe that you deserve the rank I have been a pretty dedicated player to GamingLight. Over the course of three months I have been able to climb the ranks of PD to the rank of SGT while holding positions in 4 other departments. A little bit about me is that I am a really easy person to get along with, I have accumulated no warnings by not letting any of my emotions get the best of me and bluntly by just knowing the rules of the server and being a respectful player. I have spent 100’s of hours of my Gmod career playing on Roleplay servers serious and non-serious (as well as having experience on professional GTA 4 Police RP servers with real dispatch and planned events). Overall I think I would make a pretty good fit as a Trial Moderator on the server, hoping to bring an unbiased and simplified approach to moderating. I will stay committed to my tasks as Trial Moderator making the community as a whole better while improving overall player experiences. 15. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Immediately I would take the person to a secluded area away from other player’s ears. I would then make an attempt to try and talk with the person letting them know what they’ve done and the consequences involved (more than likely a warning for mass rdm) and that if the player continues to act the way they are they will be minged for as long as I can while trying to get a hold of higher staff to punish him accordingly. My problem is he’s from Texas (Freddy I’m sorry if I’m mixing you up with other people it’s 4 am and I’m pulling an all nighter). That sentence “Overall I think I would make a pretty good fit as a Trial Moderator“ (question 14) should be more grammatically correct. I’m no English teacher but I believe you mean “Overall I would make a pretty good addition to the staff team as a trial moderator” you need more confidence as you write, and don’t use words like I think; when you do that it makes you send less intelligent or less confident on the matter. He’s a cool guy. He’s humble and would definitely add to the staff team. He’s kind and humble.
