I would love to become an Gaminglight staff memeber again because the recent amount of minges and huge amounts of RDM | FAILRP have increased dramatically and I want to help and punish those who are breaking the rules and i want to make the roleplay for others much more enjoyable. Also I am on the server some times later at night so the server runs a little slow and I'd like to help boost the speed by being very active mid day 5pm week days and later on at night so players are not waiting as long to be seen to this could benefit the server much more as players would see that the server is running faster and smoother. More over it would help the current staff as it could provide breaks as they would not be the only staff on as the more on the better so they don't have to rely on themselves. Especially when many players are on thats when it becomes most chaotic and might stress some staff out with amount to be done with little amount of staff on. So I would like to become an staff member again to increase the help and Increase flow that the server runs. Also to help make a more enjoyable experience for everyone who joins our community but especially for the new players so that they stay in our community and not leave after 1 day. I can help bring enforcement to the server and help people that need any assistance. I spend about 5 hours or more on this server per day. I can spend more time on the weekends if needed. I'm kind to others and make good decisions when it comes to a non RP situation.I feel like I have a quite a lot that I could offer this community. For one I am very easy to get along with and I am friendly until some people try to act smart and break rules and bypass it and act like I am dumb and will allow it and second of all I can bring a family like personality to the community because I like to treat everyone as a friend until they disrespect me or just tend to annoy other players on the regular for no exact reason because I do really disagree with people bullying each other I just like being friendly and peaceful because that gives more opportunities in the future in a way! How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would jail the persons and try my best to calm them down and ask them why are they being so rude and why did they mass rdm if they are still rude than I would mute them for2/3 mins and come back and try to talk to the player and work with them and tell them they broke a really serous rule what would cause a punishment than I would try to contact upper staff to minge/ban the person/ if I am the only person on at the moment and can't kick/ban/high minge them I would make a report on the fourms and minge the person for 300 secs as tmods can only minge for that long or teleport the persons into the minge room and leave them there away from other players, till an higher up comes on Just to point out my reasoning of leaveing staff was because I am in collage at the moment and I didn't know how much time I would have but it turns out I got some time on my hands Edited July 8, 2018 by Hannah King SWAT PVT Hannah XR39-CPL Hannah King XC65 - Hannah King Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I just want to play.For your own sake, i strongly suggest you re-think joining the staff team as you will spend a large amount of time on duty as a staff member!If you are able to handle everything i said above.
