(Can be any length) I believe I should get this rank because I'm a nice guy I'm also really mature I will not take anyone's side I will give everyone a fair chance to speak I always listen to people and do not talk over If I got the rank I will always listen to higher-ups. If I do get this rank I will not go afk I will keep the ratio when there is not enough staff on I will try my best do my job to fullest I will not lack on the job and do my best. Also, I just got out of school so I can be on a lot and I mean a lot 5-6 hours a day I know I have no life but I like gaming and No one is going to tell me otherwise. Back to the staffing I would say I have a good amount of staffing in different realms of servers and games to become a tmod. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I will ask them politely to stop swearing if he/she does not stop I would gag them then try to get to the bottom of the story see why he/she is mass rdming if he/she keeps swearing after I ungag them to see there side of the story I would minge him give him the warns for the Mass Rdm and how many people he killed if he gets off the minge still doing the same stuff I would get a higher up to deal with him.
