14.  Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length) I feel like I have fully learnt how the server works I know the rules and I try to cooperate no matter what the situation is. I don’t talk over people and I can be patient and understanding. This helps during intense admin sits where players are getting frustrated I am fair and try my hardest not to be one sided in all situations. I understand that the server moderators are not here to ban people but to help them enjoy roleplay and make their experience as good as possible by keeping everyone in line. I have thoroughly read through the admin handbook and understand the punishments for different situations and the commands that I will need  to know if I get the job.

 

15.  How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

 

Firstly I would tell them to calm down this is so I do not have to talk over them whilst I am explaining him/hers punishment this is of course I have all the evidence that they went on a mass rdmining then by the word mass I would presume more than 4 people had been rdmed meaning they would get a 10,000 second minge punishment.
