One of these changes is Chain Of Command. It was in place before but was never really enforced or much information given about it. What is Chain Of Command? - Chain Of Command is where you need to goto the lower ranks first before you come to Management. How is it going to work? - As most of you have seen we have recently added in Senior Management Team and Executive Management Team, These consist of the Higher ranks being in one team. Head Admin - Head Of Staff - Manager Are all a part of Senior Management Team (SMT) Community Owner Are a part of Executive Management Team (EMT) From now on people are required to follow the chain of command. If you have an issue on a server take it to a Head Admin first, If you cannot find or speak to a Head Admin goto a Head of Staff, If you are unable to speak to them then goto a manager. Managers should always be a last resort. Managers will ask if you have followed the chain of command. SMT Should always be contact first before you goto Executive Management Team. Executive Management Team should always be last resort and you should always goto SMT before you goto EMT. Best way to contact SMT is goto support and ask for support staff to move you info the Requesting SMT room.
