Why should we add it? -  You should add it because this is really dumb and unfair

What are the advantages of having this? - Having the ability to go invis is stupid and unfair all they do is go invis and sneak behind us and kill us its a unfair advantage 

Who is it mainly for? - the fairness for Crims

Yeah its so crazy that people can go invisible. Could you imagine if a department got a swep that lets them jump 10 miles into the air, or a crim job that has bombs in a small town in butt fuck nowhere. So crazy, anyways.

- support  swat hasnt had something good in a very long time this swep is a good item for them  as some one who use to be swat very very long time ago they had years of fighting for something good in there  items  etc  crims have bombs and other classes what are high armor  and other stuff - i am the last person to be bias but swat needs this im happy they have there own item what they have been fighting for years

It was just added. Needs time to find its place on the server. Worse case scenario it gets replaced in the future. As of right now it’s what they are testing.

As much it can be annoying when on Criminal and you have SWAT using their "Phase Shift" to be able to speed run and be invincible whilst being invisible and get past you and shoot you and kill you behind when you least expect it can be annoying and is a unfair advantage despite everything that criminals currently have and what not but at the same time SWAT of course need something new then what they previously had of the "Thermal Vision" they used to have which personally that is good and handy to have more for SWAT then a "Phase Shift" SWEP and that being said didn't know we are in the Future now and SWAT is futuristic of their new "Phase Shift" SWEP aha, an overall alternative can be is either they have the "Thermal Vision" like before OR tweak the "Phase Shift" SWEP so that they don't run that super fast when invisible but still move relatively faster then all other TAC Departments/Government officials of it being slightly higher of the walk/run speed 1.2x as well as when you are using the "Phase Shift" SWEP and you decide to pull out a gun and shoot who ever then it should turn off so then you come visible again or whilst being invisible and someone randomly shoots you without them knowing where you are then and then you should reappear and can be seen again. There is this type of SWEP called "CC Cloak Swep" on SCP when people cloak themselves and is made and implemented like that and what not and could potentially be initiated possible to do so for SWATs “Phase Shift” SWEP then of course SWAT would need and have to be more tactical with their "Phase Shift" SWEP and execute it well and properly then currently what it is now of just simply running in super fast and going in invisible and being un-killable and not taking damage when invisible and getting behind Criminals and shooting and killing them etc

That's the reason it was added though, also it only lasts for like 6 seconds and has a cooldown which a lot of non swat probably dont know. So this is kind like suggesting the parkour swep not be able to jump so high which is the point of the swep.

uhh, I think you misunderstand, while the phase shift is activated its impossible to pull out a gun let alone shoot it, if you are seeing cloaked invincible people shoot you I think you should make a staff report cause its not possible for us to do that, trust.

Again, thats not happening cause its not possible to shoot guns while phase shift is active.

Denied. The SMT team for this server has decided against adding this suggestion for performance reasons, the benefit to the server, or another unstated reason.
