(100+ Words): I believe you should trust me as a command member because in my 3 months here I've managed to almost gain every MOS/Job available in NU7, and I've been NU7 of the week last week which shows I was on the right track. I believe you should trust me for another reason because I've already shown determination by making it to SSGT and until Today I've had no official server warns and I've had no strikes in NU7 for my conduct which shows I am able to easily follow the rules for the most part, and on a final note I've been known to work well with my fellow NU7 piers and I've been known to try helping people do better in PVP and how to rank up faster in the branch. Why do you believe you deserve this position, and why do you want it? (125+ words): I want this position so that I can help expand NU7 and increase recruitment within the branch and to try to make it the best MTF branch there is on the server, with the greatest cohesion. I believe I am a good choice for the job because I have a lot of Irl leadership experience with me being a leader in my school's student government and an Eagle scout which is earned by only 6% of people who attempt to get it, and this shows I'm willing to do what needs to be done to succeed , and I can handle stressful situations too because I'm a 3rd in a volunteer ambulance company in my state and I'm working on getting my EMTB certification and that also shows I'm willing to do what I can to be successful and I know how to adapt with my situations. Why do you feel that you are the best option for the rank you are applying for? (50+ Words): I feel I'm the best option for the rank applying because I'm 95% sure no one else has the Irl experience that I have in leadership and management, and the grit to see things through and try to make an effort with my busy schedule to hop on occasionally. I also feel this is a good rank for me because I've been here for a while and had a massive period of LOA in my 2nd month due to family emergencies and just general personal business so that put me at a disadvantage for receiving promotions at the same rate as everyone., but I still made an effort to hop on. Scenarios You've organized squads for the people on at the time. You notice that a PFC is disrespecting others, in an extremely frustrated tone. What actions do you take?: Depending on what was said Ill most likely try to figure out what started the argument and all the information around why the fight happened before I act. Once I find out what I need to know ill have a proper talk with the offender and the victim and ill most likely separate and depending on the severity of the fight ill determine if an official strike has to be brought against the offender, or if I have to bring up this issue with command to see if a potential removal is needed if they are a frequent offender. You have an issue with someone in the branch: If someone has an issue with me in the branch I would try to calmly try talking to them to see how I can improve myself and fix the situation peacefully, but if they become hostile and have a history of these issues I would most likely issue a verbal warning or a strike, but if it's a more serious matter I would inform command and recuse myself from the situation to make sure the person that's in trouble get s a fair punishment for the actions they have done. Questions Why should we trust you as a Command Member? (100+ Words): I have really enjoyed nu7, and want others to enjoy it as much as me. I have noticed lately that our branch has started to struggle with activity. Although with me as a command member, I hope to make as many PTs as possible, and do giveaways like no other. I will do more patrols to make the players that do play feel rewarded and hop on the job more to boost our activity. Create foxtrots and make RP situations that people can freely enjoy. As an FTO I will train people the best of my ability, teach faces and combat line ups. Do more than expected and help others on how I would want helped. I personally think that I am respectful of everyone I do play with and I think it greatly helps the morale of everyone that does play with me. The reason why you should trust me is because I am not only a really good friend, but loyal to all. And most importantly, I will be loyal to you. You should trust me like you trust your own friend, because I am trying my best and will always try my best to change this branch for the better. Because at the end of the day its a games and no one should be upset when playing. I have been very active on the job as well and I keep up with activity logs and punctual things more often. I want to encourage others to be more active on the job and try to get more trainees into our branch to keep it going. Why do you believe you deserve this position, and why do you want it? (125+ words): As I said before, I want to increase activity, and I have the willpower to strive for the better. I can do roster work and request people to be removed from trial periods. I will work with fellow CMD members and enlisted as I believe there is a large disconnection between the two. I want to be like a friend. Loyal, honest, trustworthy, and friendly. I will be hard working and will gladly do anything that is asked of me. I will answer any questions enlisted given to me by enlisted and anyone who has a question in general. I will give promotions to those who deserve it, and punishments to who I truly feel deserves it. I will take both sides of the person getting punished and the person who was involved in the punishment. Grabbing all the evidence that I can to make sure that I get unbiased sides. I inspire to help people, and as Warrant Officer, that is what I promise to do. Even though I am not a SM, you should not underestimate the potential of any enlisted, nor NCO. Why do you feel that you are the best option for the rank you are applying for? (50+ Words): I will take on any challenge that is given to me, promote anyone who really deserves it. On merit and on who truly earns it. I may not be the best option for this rank although I will try my best everyday to be the best that I can really be. What actions do you take?: I simply ask him to please stop. Sometimes things are a one time thing. Although if he continues, I will order the highest rank inside the foxtrot to lead and do what they must and pull the PFC to a out of character area. Talk to them kindly and ask them if there is any problem. School is in for most and maybe they had a bad day. I've seen many people get permanently banned because they had I bad day. I will suggest a break to them. If they continue to disrespect, I will get evidence and report it in the punishment channel in discord. You have a problem with someone in the branch, whether it be they are causing issues or are not listening to you. They have not done this or have been warned about this before. In your opinion, what would you do in this situation?: My opinion sometimes is not valid. Which is ok. They may not particularly do anything bad, just to my disliking. They do not have to listen to me unless I am the leader of a foxtrot or if it is reasonable. I will simply ask the politely to either stop or to listen. If not, I will gather evidence and punish the person accordingly, whether it is a verbal or a formal.

(100+ Words): I believe that all my experience in Nu7 at the moment provided me a lot of nice skills (as Leadership, respect of the rp, tactics, teamwork) that a good command member require to make an excellent job and i am your guy, i am very mature person to trust, im a good listener, i have a lot of patience and i am a good friend, i believe that you can make good things happen if you work smart for achieve it, i think that as a command member i can be more focused on the enlisted and NCO´s work or trouble and help them in every aspect they need, i think that every person can be a good player if we can help them and the best thing we can do is make a good example of what a really good Nu7 Enjoyer its like; I think the time i have been playing as a Nu7 i made myself a good reputation, i have no warns in game and i have a lot of experience in what rp requires; I always try my best when im playing and i will try even harder every day to make Nu7 a branch where everyone can enjoy their time and i will do the possible to never let your trust in me dissapear. Why do you believe you deserve this position, and why do you want it? (125+ words): I think being a command member its a work that needs dedication, patience and communication skills, i believe i have those and more, i have been trough a lot of scenarios (IRL) where people act in the worst way because they have their minds in other issues that mixed with his current scenario (And i know here this things can happen and happens most often you think) so i want to help our people work with all this stressing things, i learned that a good worker needs a good Leader and a really good leaders are those who cares for his people, im always watching and talking with my teammates and guiding them in a good way to avoid bad scenarios than can rip apart his good work in the branch; Most people needs a guide and as a command member i will try my best to teach and guide all the enlisted and NCO´s to avoid a toxic ambient. (50+ Words): As i said before, i have been in Nu7 a quite time ago, im pretty active and im a good guy in all the ways, Im always watching who need help and who does a good work, and im the best latin friend you can have in the branch i will try my best to improve everything thats needed and will be there for everyone that requires my help or assistance. What actions do you take?: First i would talk with that PFC, ask him if he is stressed or if something is happening in his life that makes him mad, explain him that what he is doing isnt good for him and his teammates, the problems he can provoke doing that and i prob suggest him to leave the game and cool his head before playing, if he continues or makes blind of what i said i will report him in discord (if i have evidence i would add this too) or make a report in game (if he is harassing too much the other people) You have a problem with someone in the branch, whether it be they are causing issues or are not listening to you. In your opinion, what would you do in this situation?: As i said, talking is the first step, i will try to talk to them asking why he is acting like that, if he have a personal problem with me we can solve it in dm, but if his behaviour goes trough a more disrespectful acts or minging scenarios i will take the appropiate management (report or punishment)

(100+ Words): I think you should trust me with command because I don't have warns and I have been in 4 sits so far 2 of them being on me and 2 being of other people (the ones against me resulted in 1 verbal and 1 which was dropped). Also, I have been commanded before and have experience being one. Also, I don't decide things alone ever so you will see that I will consult my fellow command on decisions (unless it's something that is clearly not allowed in Nu7/Server). i also think before i act which means i wont be doing something stupid. Why do you believe you deserve this position, and why do you want it? (125+ words): I think I deserve this position because I am very active (don't mind last 2 or 3 weeks I had a lot of tests in school). I want to be a command member because I feel like people would approach me more with questions which I would happily answer since I like helping people. I also have experience being a Command member because I was a 2LT in CI before (I then got burned out and left the server). I also have experience leading since I did lead 4-10 people while raiding the foundation and like 15-30 (with other delta and gamma command) in warehouse raids a few months back when I was in CI. I believe I would make an interesting addition to Nu7 Command. Why do you feel that you are the best option for the rank you are applying for? (50+ Words): I think I could boost GMT activity and I would be friendly to everyone. I also feel like experience as a command would help me be a better command member than I was in CI and I would try to improve more and more as time goes on. Also, I would never think down on someone who is a lower rank (also never have). Scenarios You've organized squads for the people on at the time. You notice that a PFC is disrespecting others, in an extremely frustrated tone. What actions do you take?: First i would tell him to try to chill out. If he would have continued i would tell him to either take a break if he would still be hostile after that i would gather evidence and discuss it with other command. You have a problem with someone in the branch, whether it be they are causing issues or are not listening to you. They have not done this or have been warned about this before. In your opinion, what would you do in this situation?: i would always first warn them and if they wouldnt stop i would eather gather evidence and discuss with other command or if its realy bad i would ask higher command if i can warn them.
