I Play gaming light a lot. anyways, I was playing early this morning as a d class and when me and my buddy was escaping, we were opening SCP containment chambers even tho they weren't online for RP reasons. Then later we both get warned. I later found out that, there was no rule against that, I even read the MOTD and saw nothing. and when we talked to the admin about it he said, "well the MOTD is outdated". WTF if it's not in the MOTD then it's not a rule. and we shouldn't have been warned for it. maybe i missed that rule but i doubled checked with other people and there was nothing. If this get accepted, then please remove me and my buddy's warn. and I will give the names later and the name of the admin.
  4. What are you suggesting? SCP 966 has been in the server for a pretty long time and by a long time I mean 5 YEARS in these 5 years multiple Scps sweps and weapons have changed and improved, but a odd thing I have noticed is that SCP 966 is one of the only Scps that have barely been changed in any way other than minor bug fixes. Now you might be thinking that it hasnt changed at all because its simply the perfect SCP with no issues at all, which is incredibly incorrect. An example, if you run into a MTF as 966 and decide to try kill him you will die. Most Mtf carry a decent gun that does about 45 dmg a hit maybe a little less or a little more but around their, as a 966 you have 750 health, 750 divided by 45=16.66666 hits to kill a 966 which with a automatic gun wouldn't take very long and most people know this. Now we can argue that you dont have to attack this Mtf and could just attack a scientist, you could do this but eventually you would have to fight a Mtf anyways. Anything other than a Mtf like a CI, or Security, would be pretty much the same deal with their weapons varying somewhat, still no matter what combatent you are fighting you most of the time will be left at 50 hp or die. Its not always 50 hp sometimes 100 sometimes 200 still you are left near death with no way of doing anything to anyone, This is an example of hp but how much dmg does 966 do? 60 dmg a hit is his average which may seem high on paper but with a 1 seconds cooldown and it being a melee attack its really not good at all, keep in mind that this weapon is called zombie claws v2 which Scp 049-2 also have as their main weapon basically making Scp 049-2 and Scp 966 close to equals which is pretty sad as one is a zombie and another is its own Scp, from what I remember Scp 049-2 has 500 health while 966 has 750, not too big a difference but yes 966 has more health but they have the same movement speed and dmg. I can imagine someone arguing that 966 can be in group of 5s which justifies this weakness but expecting a group of 5 normally random people to have good teamwork is expecting too much. 966s normally split up after breaching and die one by one ussualy by 1 person but sometimes 2. Demanding teamwork from 966s is also tough as 966s cant even see each other because they still havent gotten built in thermals even though many people have made good points on it before, if they cant even see each other how do you expect enough teamwork to combat the 16 bullets it takes to kill you. What im getting at is that Scp 966 is incredibly weak and that your lucky to last 10 minutes if you play like your expected to [Attempting to kill anyone you run into most of the time] This Scp isnt like other scps that have some issues or are somewhat weak. Scp 966 is the weakest Scp on the roster of Scps and I think he should get either a complete rework or improve the hp and change his weapon. How would this change better the server? Scp 966 is really weak and it would help out anyone who plays it have a better time whether it be spooking people or just all out murder. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. Other thank making Mtfs job a little harder it may strain the server a little if you were to add anything which you may not even need to do to fix these issues. Who would this change mostly benefit? People who want to play 966 but their fun gets cut short when they realise they die in 5 minutes ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Here is where im putting the edited bits I may continue to edit over time with newer edits.] For the reworked hp I would imagine that a balenced amount would be about 1500-3100 giving the 966 as a player an enjoyable time as you wont die too fast with this hp but its not like your invincible aswell and you have to plan out your attacks, the people shooting at 966 will know to be a little more carefull around him and not go in guns blazing due to his low health. You may dislike this hp because its too high and it on paper to someone may seem op but 966 is a melee silent killer so hes not very strong in close combat against people who know what their doing or just people with guns in general, having this hp balences out that negative. For his new weapon however, after multiple hours of looking and testing I figured this one right here would be perfect:https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2774889731&insideModal=0&requirelogin=1 I dont know its exact dmg but it has a faster attack speed along with the ability to see other 966s without needing thermals which is a HUGE dealbreaker for some people. Now 966 could look at his fellows and have better teamwork along with not accidentaly slapping your friend across the room. Along with a taunting ability for some lols this Swep is just perfect in my opinion. This swep gives 966 his own unique way of scaring people which is something it really is missing as a scp in the server. Hopefully you like the swep as much as I do, If you need me to add anything else just comment and I got it. As for the sweps accessibility it can be configured to your liking if you need it to work with thermals [Obviously] and if it doesnt already you may configure it to your liking. This does not mean that you cant do another swep just change the zombie claws v2 into something stronger or faster, its just that this swep does both and solves the issue of 966 not being able to see each other. The Hp that I put as minimum imo is the best option for a minimum as a buff, but if you want to go higher which I dont think many people would mind, 2000 or 2300 would be good aswell. I put 3100 as a max but I dont think anyone will want that much hp for it, not like 966 doesnt need it but lots of people may complain if hes buffed to 3100 not that I would mind. Most likely my finale edit, was incorrect on scp 049-2s hp I thought it was 500 but it seems it was 1000. This doesnt make the case of 966 being weak any better as the zombies have more hp.
  5. Hello everyone I am here to suggest a grand fun addition for the sever adding new jobs and additional gameplay for are lovely d block ladies and gentlemen ! I call it " PIZZA PALOOZA™ " A grand place where all go have fun following this grand epic addition adds new gameplay experience for all containing many arcade games and card based games with this we have arcade staff as well as cooks for are lovely state of the art pizza kitchen ! With this I hope to bring many others together and feel like they have more reason to want to stay and have fun I also forgot to mention with this a prize stand would be lovely with many different small prizes so everyone has a goal to reach and a big goal with a hugegrand prize !!!!
  6. Recently I feel as if events have been very lacking, boring, and doesn't include a decent amount of the player base. They feel shallow and more like Throw aways with nothing really fun coming out of them. I suggest making More bombastic events that include most if not all the server to be more frequent, Not saying that they have to be all combat and such but something that everyone can enjoy and not just one very specific MTF regiment while the rest get told to find something else to do.

What are you suggesting? - For a searching option to be added to the MOTD's of all servers, as in Search>106>Everything about 106 is pulled up/The specific region where the rules about 106 is shown How would this change better the server? - Sits and sit disputes will be around what, x300 times faster. New members of the community are less likely to break rules when they have the option to search for rules regarding their current jobs. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Not exactly, but, this could warrant pretty heavy coding. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everyone.   8. Return the ability to buy skins for the "gl_medkit". Return the ability to buy skins for the "gl_armorkit" / "weapon_armorkit". (Whichever is the one that Maintenance uses.) Return the ability to buy skins for the "ztm_trashcollector". (The issue was either fixed manually or randomly started being capable of being bought again.) Short sweet and to the point.
  9. A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY FOR SECURITY, AND POTENTIALLY THE SERVER! What are you suggesting? I suggest we add more roleplay to security! We can't all just be combat 100% of the time and that is why we in security recruit so much but barely keep a fraction of the members of that week! It could boost recruitment for us, add more things for security and D - Class to do aside from gun each other down every 5 seconds, and finally make more people stay with the server as a whole. Well, what idea are you talking about Charlie? Well, my friends let me tell you this! As security, we are consistently dealing with an armed threat against our and the safety of the site as a whole. But how do we add better chances? Have more safety? And allow security to do more? Well, my friend, it's simple! Conduct pat-downs and searches! No, not unreasonably or threw unneeded force but threw either willing participation on the D - Classes end, or RP hostility, negativity, and threats against security that gives us reasonable suspicion to put them under fear RP and conduct a pat down. It would go like this! [STEP 1: GET D - CLASS FOR SEARCH, STEP2: BRING THEM TO A REASONABLE AREA, STEP3:CONDUCT A SEARCH THREW A /ME, STEP4: BOTH SIDES ROLL, STEP5.A: IF D - CLASS ROLL HIGHER ANY GUN OR CONTRABAND THEY HAVE ON THEM WILL NOT BE RPLY STRIPPED, STEP5.B: BUT IF THE GUARD WINS IT WOULD BE STRIPPED AND THE D - CLASS WOULD NEED TO RETURN TO LOWER D - BLOCK TO GET ANOTHER ONE RPLY AND I MEAN THEY NEED TO GO INTO A CELL AND CAN'T USE IT ON UPPER D - BLOCK TILL THEY DO SO AND GET ANOTHER ONE FROM LOWER D - BLOCK.] Another Idea for some more RP that would really kick up security is medical and psychological evaluations by medical professionals! Why would we do this? Well for testing we need the best results on what it can do to a normal human being not a mentally demented scaredy cat. Plus, this would add more to medical giving them more to do, allowing security to do more escorts, and giving D - Class an opportunity outside their cell which they could use to escape! Not just that but if a D - Class is heavily injured they could be rushed to the medical bay. Remember our D - Class supply is not infinite, we will run out eventual so we should take care of what little amount of them that we have even if they are a little bit demented or insane, they should get the help they need so they can give us the best results for the tests at hand! Hell, and maybe we can figure out why they want to kill security so badly and maybe we can spare a few more security lives! D - Class interrogations! Why should we even talk to these dumbos? Well with our supply of wardens that want to slam their hands on mental desks and yell out questions this could bring more sense to where D - Class might be getting its gun supply. Or resources? Or a large supply of contraband that allows them to have so much. With interrogations it would allow wardens to do a bit more, security gets to learn how to interrogate so if they do want to go into wardens they have a better handle on it, and lets D - Class RP out some strange figure named Billy Bob Joe that somehow has both a scar on their eye but they wear glasses? But overall using local rooms that aren't commonly used for interrogations would be another fun way to bring more people in! How would this change better the server? Well, my strange friend! It could better the server by adding more roleplay to security, making this server just a tad bit more fun in turn making it even more of a blast! Potentially changing how new players feel on the server so instead of feeling lost or bored and leaving, they are getting interrogated about TONY SPAGHETTI arms/pizza smuggler in D - Block! It adds a whole slew of new potential RP scenarios that could be played out by all of our fine people in security, medical, wardens, and D - Class! I know this will add more fun because people leave this server, or security because they are tired of just sitting behind a barrier all day or being cooped up in D - Block for so long. We had suggested this over in the security side of the discord months ago but since it was more of a server-wide suggestion they were ignored. Now I think we have an opportunity to make something even better than before! Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. Well, I think it works hand in hand with the rules already. Players have to follow the RP of getting their weapons stripped, but it could add some more potential staff sits if D - Class decide not to follow the rules of being stripped of their weaponry but it's so dumb because they could just Ya know go back into lower D - Block. If there are any disadvantages, I don't think they would be too big. Hell, small is as far as its goes' worst-case scenario. But that's my thinking if you think of something comment on it and I will dm back with what you could probably do/implement to solve it. Who would this change mostly benefit? Probably SECURITY, D - CLASS, and MEDICAL do to the majority of the RP stuff including them, I think maintenance if we decide to clean D - Block but who knows!

The compressors being capable of altering its discharge potency and sound effects!!! All of which'll also improve as to how swell the armor performs, settles and compensates in accordance to user movement. Drawing others back near towards the Empire's plastoid backbone. If the new pack is larger in size, do you believe the benefits exceeds the risk of adding more content to the server (risking loading times and possible performance) and why?: Absolutely positively, in this pack, customization, apparel uniformity and lore consistency are indeed to be forefront of these recommendations. More so, as a whole, these new kits also improve trooper posture and screen accurate armament stability. As a disclaimer, I do NOT sought these improvements off as a demeaning series of solutions for any potential, nor outstanding flaws or faults applied to gaminglight! Yet rather instead to reemphasize their sheer importance!   15. Hey SMT/STAFF! I think that for platinum members could have a second solar panel as it will be much better.
  16. What do you want to see?: 1. The bacta kits don't heal very quickly, I'd suggest boosting the healing rate. 2. We need to get rid of the healing noise the bacta kits make. Why should we add it?: 1. I can already see that in big events there will be problems with people getting health. because of the rate that health is given (~4/sec on the regular kit and ~10/sec on the booster). I did some math and some testing. With the regular bacta kit it takes ~3.5 minutes to get an Imperial Commando from 200hp to the average health in IC which is 1050hp. With the booster it takes ~1.8 minutes. I did a separate test, with 3 booster kits from 150hp to 1250hp it took ~40 seconds. I'd say that is a fair time to heal but you cannot always guarantee 3 medics on. I've personally had missions with only 1 medic, sometimes none. In, all I think both the med kit and booster kit should have a buff to the amount of hp given per second. 2. The noise is annoying. It's too loud. You can hear it halfway across the ship. I've already seen many complaints of it being too loud. I've even seen some people (even medics) say they are sound sensitive and the bacta injector is too loud for them. This hurts both the server and the medical who can't do their job because its too loud. I think this change is pretty self explanatory. What are the advantages of having this?: Better for missions and event as well as the well being of people on the server. Who is it mainly for?: Everyone Links to any content: N/A

What do you want to see?: Increase the limit of how many 501st ARC can be on job from 8 to (maybe) 20 Why should we add it?: We have 20 ARC slots in ARC and if (somehow) every single ARC is on the server we can have them on job for things like missions or events, even if not all 20 are on having more than 8 would be great because more than 8 ARC members are active and would like to be on job. What are the advantages of having this?: We can have more ARC on for missions and events. Who is it mainly for?: 501st ARC Sub-Battalion Links to any content: N/A If 20 is too high something around 15 would be nice

What you want to see? - add more permanent “laws boards with taxes on them” to map areas such as (GOV Spawn, jail house, bank, suburbs park area, SS Base front doors) Why should we add it? - this makes it easier for everyone to know taxes, and the current laws. What are the advantages of having this? - people won’t have to travel to spawn to see what taxes and laws are (including PD). The bug with the “placelaws” command won’t be a problem anymore.   19. What you want to see? - Place the court house near the jail, but far enough away where arrest won’t disrupt courtroom. Why should we add it? - Often times a trial is interrupted by criminals arguing with cops while being arrested, or jail breaks. What are the advantages of having this? - court trials can be smooth and quick as intended, moving the courthouse to a different location (within the same direction of the actual jail won’t really harm the RP). People won’t get arrested for felony trespassing when trying to see the judge, people will more likely be willing to RP court more if they are not walking in a heavy police area. Jailbreaks won’t stop a interrupt a court trial, loud people being arrested won’t disturb the trial. We can make the court room a “neutral ground” just like the hospital so criminals can’t have their friends shoot and kill the judge and arresting officers to have the charges dropped. More room to set up a dedicated court room. We can even add a “holding cell” where cops and drop off criminals who broke the law and want a trial, then get back on the road to RP again instead of waiting for the trial. The person RPing as bailiff can bring the criminal from the holding cell to the actual bench for the trial. Also the prosecutor can take over for the arresting officer (just exchange the charges in character) so all the cops have to do is arrest no trial. The bailiff will either uncuff the criminal if found innocent, or bring the criminal to the prison if found guilty. Who is it mainly for? - judicial roles. Links to any content - N/A
  20. What you want to see? - Fire Department addition Why should we add it? - The driving is hard and that causes accidents showing probability for a fire department. What are the advantages of having this? - More RP chance and another job for people to join in on and for PD and EMS to work with. Who is it mainly for? - Role players that don't want to be EMS or PD but what to be a first responder of a sort.   21. What you want to see? - I would like to see the recently added rule for ERP expanded upon to generalized parental figures. Why should we add it? - Over the past few days I have taken many sits in which the person has their name as mommy, daddy, mother, father, etc. They always try to argue it is only targeted at the four names that were posted and that we are not able to do anything about the other names that now fall under that rule. If we had the rule more generalized to any parental figure / guardian, it would decrease the amount of people trying to loophole the rules. What are the advantages of having this? - Less confusion for players and less people trying to loophole when it comes to the MOTD. Who is it mainly for? - Everyone Links to any content - N/a

Last night they attempted to put 40 on the ground all at the same time and caused the server to have a massive amount of lag. On top of that, there was 100+ people on the server making it almost unplayable. CI raids were horrible, no one could shoot at anyone, even the MTF. When an SCP breached, it also make it almost impossible to shoot the SCP and would lag around you and finally kill you from behind without even knowing it. Explosive damage was also delayed to about 4+ seconds after the explosion so you wouldn't know if you were hit by it until later. Even then you could still kill people with the delay of the explosion damage. It was basically a fight of who can stay alive the longest whilst lagging. Surface was not AS laggy but once you entered the foundation and went near the gold stash they had, it would almost crash your game. Yes it's a good way to get money I get it but that much on the ground is unreasonable. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Maintenance would not get as much money as they would if the gold bricks are removed. Maintenance would not be effected at all if there was a max amount allowed to be placed on the ground. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Anyone on the server at the time they attempt to make a record on how much they place on the ground. What you want to see? - A news reporter/camera man Job Why should we add it? - Now before you say that players may use this to minge I would like to add that it could be a whitelisted/donator/train to get type of job so not just anyone could get it, because most likely people would abuse this and minge if that were the case. I think it be fun to add a little drama into the mix of things.
