Will it affect the subject being able to retrieve that object from SCP-1162? Background Research: SCP-1162 is activated when a sentient being reaches into the hole to the depth that the girth of their arm allows, at which point their fingers touch a solid surface similar in feel to the current location of SCP-1162, and they discover an item small enough to fit through the hole below their fingertips. These items have universally been recognized as something that the user has lost or was searching for at some point during their life. With this in mind, when Class-C Amnestics are administered to the subject in question. and used to target A memory of an item the subject has lost before in his/her life. Will they still be able to retrieve said object from SCP-1162? Hypothesis: It Will not affect SCP-1162 anomalies property. the subject will still have a chance to retrieve said object from SCP-1162. Observation/Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): N/A Analysis and Conclusion: :BEGIN TEST LOG: I started by retrieving D-3167 From D block and then transporting him to med bay. To have medical personal administer the Class-C Amnestics. Once I arrived at med bay, I asked Resident Medic Kirkman to place earmuffs on D-3167. so, to talk in private I then explained the purpose of test. how I was going to ask D-3167 of an object that he had Lost and never found during His Life. Once Kirkman was caught up to speed he removed the earmuffs and we got started. I started by asking D-3167 If he had ever lost a treasured object. that we never managed to find during some point of his life. he told me about A Doctors medical Kit he had lost 40 years ago. he began to describe it has Old, tattered, shaped Like a Book, Cross sown on the front, made of a faded yellow cloth. With all this new information I had the earmuffs placed back on D-3167. then we started the Amnestic cation process D-3167 was then sprayed with Class-C Amnestics. That targeted the memory of him losing the Doctors medical Kit. once the Amnestic cation process was finished, I removed the earmuff from D-3167. then proceed to ask if he remembered anything about A Doctors medical Kit. he then responded with the answer no while sounding a bit disoriented. After that we then proceed to Where SCP-1162 was located LCZ and started the test. I instructed the D-3167 to insert the girth of his hand into the Hole. After he had done this, he proceeds to pull out the Doctors medical Kit he descried in med bay. : END TEST LOG: Do your results align with your hypothesis? Yes the result did support my Hypothesis. The attempt to manipulate the subject’s memory. Did not interfere with SCP-1162 anomalies properties.

ACTIONS TAKEN BEFORE OBSERVATIONS: One D-Personnel were taken from the steps of D-block and stripped of their belongings. Their medical history was checked and processed, confirming they were an average adult, human male, the scans kept for reference. The Subject was uninformed of SCP-1162's function as well as the intentions of this experiment. PREFACE (FROM █████ ███████ SWAIN(SYNARI)): SCP-1162 requires weekly interaction. If this is not met SCP-1162 changes location and would prove to be overwhelmingly difficult if not near impossible to route SCP-1162 back to Site 05. Upon the time of observation we could not conclude what was taken, as the subject did not experience any pain. The Subject commented on a noticeable shift within their lower abdominal region. Pardoning the Subject to check, they confirmed that their genitals were still in tact without change. The Subject was brought to the Medical Bay and scanned by Doctor ███████. The following X-RAY showed no difference in a regular adult male skeletal structure. The following CT Scan of the lower abdomen revealed a missing kidney from the Subject. Inspecting the topical skin around the area of the missing organ, there were no signs of fibrosis, indicating no signs of external surgery or entrance of any kind. Additionally, the urinary tract following up to the missing kidney and beyond to the bladder was perfectly connected, as if the kidney had not existed before. SUPERIOR VIEW OF THE SUBJECT'S ABDOMEN: As indicated in the image above, the Subject still is in possession of their left kidney. This view is from the ground upward. ANTERIOR VIEW OF THE SUBJECT'S ABDOMEN: In junction with the image above, the Subject's left kidney remains. This image is a frontal view, a more obvious depiction of the lack of organ. OBSERVATION A-2: The Subject was returned to the site of SCP-1162, showing reluctance. Their hammer was confiscated as reduce their objects in the possession back to zero. The Subject tried again, retrieving their severed kidney. They kidney was still warm and likely could be returned to their body with full functionality. They paused cautiously as they felt along their body post retrieval. After checking their genitals several times, and their softer body parts only once, the Subject expressed that they felt no pain, nor any shift within their body cavities like prior. Once again they were brought to the medical bay and scanned. Their X-RAY revealed no change in the X-RAY that was taken less than an hour before. Their CT-Scan still revealed no change from the previous as well. At this point, their extraneous kidney was placed within an organ holding container, on ice. Finally, an MRI was performed on the subject, to be assessed and compared to the MRI taken before the experiment had taken place. No major change had taken place within reasonable observation. MIDSAGITTAL VIEW OF THE SUBJECT'S CRANIUM: As depicted with the image above, there are no abnormal protrusions or abnormalities in any sort. Despite this, the Subject appeared to become irritable and had physical twitches. These changes persisted even post-amnestic doses.
