I feel like I should be in maintenance command because I want to assist the command members with multiple things such as doing patrols with JM and enlisted that cannot enter HCZ due to them not being the rank to do so. I will make sure the new maintenance have a nice time while on the job I will make sure they are not breaking SOP and MOTD rules. This branch is basically my favorite branch I ever got trained for mainly because its my first branch in a while I've joined, I enjoy the community that we all built up! They are nice and are fun to play with! And this branch is the only one that doesn't bore me to death like some of the other ones. I understand the responsibility of command and I won't do any wrongdoings such as minging and making obvious mistakes while being on command. This concludes why I should be in command. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? I would first get video evidence of them clearly running away and then handcuff them back to the training room tell them that what they are doing is called minging and tell them they wont be trained for doing this and after filling the DNT format in the discord channel I will then demote them of the job for the reason "Minging during training" if they continue to get back on the job I will then request the DNT to be extended. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? If the JM Is breaking a minor rule (aka Leaving bunks while code red is happening) I would ask them to come back to bunks and if they don't comply I will handcuff them back to bunks and give them a strike for not complying and get video proof of them not complying. If they are breaking a major rule in the SOP I will get video evidence of them breaking the rule and strike them for this or removed because they are a JM.

I think I should become a Maintenance Command member because I believe I have the skills and leadership qualities required to be one. I have been in this branch for a pretty long time now, and in that time I’ve memorized all of our rules and SOPs. I’ve also done a decent amount of maintenance trainings, so I think I would do well in enforcing the SOP and guiding lower ranking members in being the best maintenance personnel that they can be. I also think I’m pretty active, so I would be able to do a decent amount of work for the maintenance branch. Overall, I think I’ve been in this branch for a long enough time now that I have gained the knowledge and leadership required for a great command member. In this situation, I would try to go and find them and also PM them to return to the training room. If they’re failing to comply and it’s obvious they don’t care about being trained, I would just demote them off the job and place them on a DNT. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? In this situation I would just give them a verbal warning to knock it off, and if they continue after my verbal warning I would have to strike them, or request them to be striked if they're above the rank of maintenance adept. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? In this situation, I would start with a verbal warning, and inform them that they’ll receive a strike if they continue to break more rules. I would also advise them to read over the SOP again, as JM’s often forget some of the rules. If they continue, I would have to give them a strike, which would result in their removal from the branch and them being placed on a DNT.

I think I would be fit for a command position since I’m an individual that puts forth all that I have every day I’m on. Every day I log endless trainees and many maintenance and containment logs. I’ve been nothing but dedicated to this branch since I joined and I plan on keeping it like that. My activity has been outstanding since I’m on just about all day and then as well into the early morning. I enjoy what I do and when something needs to get done I’m there to get it done. I’d say I’m pretty knowledgeable of our SOP and the rules that fall in place. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. If a trainee escapes I physically can’t contact them since they don't have any comms so I would say something in our comms to see if they can locate him/her once I catch up to him/her I’ll explain he/she needs to report back to bunks so we can proceed with the training if he/she takes it as a joke I’ll tell him/her I’ll just kick them off the job if they continue, but if they still don’t care I’ll just remove them of the job. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I'd calm the RDMing down and then I'd question why they are killing one another. I would express to them that they are breaking the rules and what they needed to change and how to correct themselves. Now, depending on what rank they are, if they’re a JM, I would have a very reflective conversation. But if an MJ+ was a part of it, I would immediately strike them for their actions and tell them they already know better, and have them reread over the rules. 8-3. When I notice a JM breaking quite a few rules, I would have him/her come over so I can explain to him/her what he/she was doing wrong. So I then would explain to him/her the SOP rules he/she was not aware of and have him/her reread over it, and if he/she were to break them again, I would strike him/her for it.

I believe I should become maintenance command is because I am Dedicated to maintenance and my passion to roleplay is excellent in maintenance as well as my seriousness when it comes to RP situations. I have confidence in myself that I am knowledgeable with the rules and regulations along with the quality I have to level with this position. To boost other colleagues self esteem and other that are not in maintenance. I should be given the chance for OS because my Activity lately has been excellent and show the maintenance community I am here to push the boundaries of roleplay to the fullest extent and to cherish the experience when it comes to the end. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? i would bring them to talk to them and notify them to stop RDMing and discuss to them the rules they have to follow and listen them if they are JM no strike would happen i would have a stern talking too. if they are MA MJ i would strike them both. 8-3.
