Name: BigBoy Suggestion: Make NCO's be able to whitelist or GM's be able to whitelist. Reasoning: This is a good suggestion because Moderators and Admins also Officers are not always avaialable and then NCO's can whitelist or GM's can whitelist instead. Note: Beckett "I will let Imperial High Command with their decision on this"

You must be SPC+ to apply for this position! In-Game name: DT SPC XZ8 SteamID: STEAM_0:0:44182809 Rank: SPC How long have you been in your current rank?: 1 Day What experiences in leadership do you have?: My experiences in leadership are a bit extensive, I have had the privilege of running my own server and being a part of a lot of starwarsrp servers at the height of the starwarsrp and gmod in general. I have run many different battalions in both Imperial and CloneWars to name a few, 501st, 212th, Shock, Inquisitors, Jedi, Commandos. I also have had experience with leadership in other games like Fivem leading departments and Staff. I have real-life experience with leadership in my Section. I am used to keeping tabs on soldiers of my squad and reporting higher up to senior NCOs and Officers. This is what I do for a living. (Active duty Army.) Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer?(100+ Word minimum) Why do I want to be a Non-Commissioned officer? The reason I wish to further my career in Death Troopers as a Non-Commissioned Officer is that I wish to be able to properly educate lower enlisted troopers, as well as help, fill the ranks of our regiment. Training are something I really love doing and I love the way that our higher-ups have set the standard of training for us. I also wish to be the standard-bearer for newer enlisted troopers. Setting the example from the front. I also wish to carry out the orders of our officers to a precise and effective measure. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum) I think what makes me stand out from others is my activity and my experience with leadership down to my real-life experience with squads. I also believe I'm a very easy person to get along with and my love for star wars makes me really knowledgeable when it comes to lore-related things. I believe my patience is also something that can contribute well to my career as an NCO. I'm also really easy to contact and have plenty of time to be able to provide training and experience to lower enlisted troopers, as well as any other help one might need. I think my dedication and persistence also sets me apart from others. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position? I completely understand Thank you for considering my application for a position as Non-Commissioned Officer.

What is your In Game Name? Helos What is your In Current Rank? Deputy Agent What is your Agent Name? Ashen Helios How Long Have You Been In Inferno Squad? 3 days Why Do You Want To Become An NCO? I'd like to become NCO because I believe I have the capabilities to be within the position, working close with my superiors and helping my fellow agents is something I wish to do and I feel can be better done with the NCO position, Inferno Squad has become a place I can come to and enjoy without feeling unwelcomed so I want to do whatever I can to help them out better the regiment itself and those around me. Though I do believe I do not need the position to do my best in helping my peers, but with my experience of past NCO positions, I would make a good agent for this position. How could you assist Inferno Squad with this rank? I find no issue in running multiple tryouts, provide advice from my past experience as an NCO to help out if need in the already well placed structure, I can provide an active and what I'd like to believe knowledgeable agent to the regiment, having another person to bounce ideas off of is always better then not having any at all. How many strikes do you have? 0 Do you have any experience being an NCO/leading? If so explain. I use to be 2LT in Shock on another server, and I've been in several NCO positions from 104th/41st/501st/Havoc/etc., but as I always believe its not about whether you've had the experience or not, its whether not you can prove you know how to take on the position, becoming an NCO shouldn't be taken lightly and those thinking they can skate by and not do much shouldn't waste time if they aren't here to actually help. What Qualifications could you bring to the Inferno Squad NCO Team? what I can bring is the will to want to better the regiment, from the experience of knowing how to host tryouts, knowing how to properly encourage and better my peers, and overall just being able to be a fast learner and hard worker, all it takes is little motivation and I believe anyone could be passionate enough to help out there battalion. Do you understand that if you are Accepted, you will be on a 1 Week Trial Period? (Failing the Trial Period will result in a demotion) Yes, I fully understand and I wouldn't expect anything less.

What is your in game name? Nova PFC What is your SteamID? STEAM_0:0:12402550 What is your current rank? SPC How much time do you currently have on the server? 1 Week How long have you been in Nova? About a week and a half. How will you assist Nova with this rank? By increasing the amount of Nova that plays during EST time zones, as well as overall numbers and trainings. Making Novatroopers a greater battalion that can compete with the activity and fame of more popular battalions such as DT or IF. Why do you want to become an NCO? Because I have been an NCO before and would love to be an NCO again, and I see a lot of potential in the Novatroopers Battalion as a whole, due to it's flexibility and spec-ops nature. I would also like to help other Novatroopers be able to do things like ID checks and Guarding Army HCOM more often, and overall make sure that the server gets familiar with the Novatrooper Battalion and our purpose. Do you have any experience leading / being an NCO? Yes, I was an NCO for Purge earlier in the server's lifespan. What is the purpose/duty of an NCO? To train other troopers and be an example for the enlisted ranks, and host tryouts and trainings. They are to be the rank above Enlisted, and make sure that the Enlisted troopers get familiar with the ship and the duties they will perform on it. They should make sure to always set the Best example for other troopers, even if it's not necessary.

What is your name? Oddball What is your rank? TP How long have you been an Enlisted? 21 days, I was LOA for one week for bad grades in school. What rank are you applying for? SP How many strikes do you have? None. Why should we trust you with a NCO rank? I have been very dedicated to SF since I first joined and I haven't stopped being dedicated to it because I really do enjoy being part of SF. Ever since I joined SF, I have been learning so much about the responsibility of a NCO and the things they do and that only made me want to become one even more. The one time I went on LOA was for having bad grades and during that time it felt like I was missing out on so much stuff and that only made me want to get on SF even more and to try even harder just to make for the time I lost. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? I wanna help SF and to make it even better than it is now, I wanna help lead the enlisted and provide a good example on how to become a NCO and why they should work harder in SF and to help any enlisted who makes a mistake and show them what they did wrong and how they can fix it so it never happens again and to answer any question they have about SF and the purpose in it. Also I will make sure that all enlisted are following SOP and the rules of SF. I will also not be afraid to take lead of SF during an event if no one else steps up. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the Enlisted rank? I fully understand the consequences and terms for if I were to be striked for the first couple of weeks but I am very confident in my skills and ability's that this will never happen.

What is your name? Ben What is your rank? Senior Airman How long have you been an Enlisted? 17 days active +15 inactive days What rank are you applying for? SP How many strikes do you have? None Why should we trust you with a NCO rank? I have been dedicated to SF to the point where one time I was on for 15 days straight because of how much I love SF and i would never want to leave it. I play on SF more then all of my donator jobs. I have been learning the responsibilities of an NCO. I was on LOA to take a break and I highly regret it because I feel like I was left so far behind but after the LOA I have not joined any job for more than 5 minutes other than SF. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? I can lead the enlisted and keep them in check while they're away or busy because sometimes they could use a little help to make sure the enlisted are following the SOP and rules of SF. I can also lead during events whether we are flying or on ground armor. We need to be in formation when flying for events when there are no enemies and I think I can make sure we are. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the Enlisted rank? I of course understand this and am confident in my abilities not to be striked. Reason for edit: corrected misspellings and added to why I should be trusted
