I want to become Versio because I believe I am ready for the next stage as a member of command within Naval, and I believe I am ready to take the responsibilities of Versio. I truly enjoy Naval, and I would love to be back to one of the top positions to be able to assist NHC and the Admiral we currently have and give 110%. From checking the scoreboard I have a total of 10 weeks. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of an Admiral is to: Oversee Admirals Admirals are to oversee Naval as a whole, and make sure everything goes well, and to always be there for anyone who’s needed. They are to come up with Battalion updates and ideas (big or small) that can improve the day to day operations of Naval personnel through quality of life changes or maybe even a battalion update of some kind. Admirals are also to handle issues that may arise as well, while working with Low Command. Versio Versio is the overseer of Naval AND IF. Versio would carry the responsibilities of being a command member of sorts for IF, and be able to make sure everything is working well with IF and work closely with their command team to work together on things such as missions, SIMs, training ideas, etc. Engage Admirals are to engage with Naval and ensure they have a good relationship with all ranking groups, to make themselves a better leader, and give the lower ranks higher morale. A battalion that respects and enjoys their leader(s) is a battalion that thrives. Admirals are supposed to be accessible and approachable at all time on and off the server, for nearly any reason, and host SIMs, Trainings, etc. often. Versio Versio is to do the same as above, but with IF as well, and give input for ideas that may be brought up for IF as well as suggest things if that ever occurs. Bridge the gap Admirals are meant to bridge the gap between LC and NHC for any issues that may arise. This can include things like battalion ideas, issues that may be within Naval, etc. Lead Admirals are there to lead Naval. They are at the top, and as such, they are the ones who make big decisions and have the most influence within Naval. With that being the case, they are to lead Naval and show the other ranks what it means to be a leader, and leading them in battle. Set an example Admirals are to set an example to all other troops what a member of command should be. Professional, fair, calm mannered, approachable, responsible, and strong willed. Admirals are supposed to represent the utmost authority within Naval, and must act as everything I’ve mentioned above. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Why should I be trusted to take the rank of Admiral/Versio? Well, for starters I’ve been in the position before, where I was an Admiral for around a month before an unfortunate incident occurred. I was trusted to be an Admiral before, and I still show the qualities I’ve displayed then (the ones mentioned above). During my time as Admiral, I handled many things on and off the server, and I have spent a lot of dedicating myself to the battalion. I am always available on and off the server, and I’m active with roster updates and any other matters that may occur. I believe that I should be trusted based on my initiative that I can and will fulfill my role sufficiently. I was also a past Security Director, where I balanced working with Shock, DT, and Naval (as a Command member) all at the same time, so I am able to balance a second battalion as Versio. I am everything I listed above in my application, and I’m a very level headed person that always gets both sides of the story before taking action, so I can be trusted with a position of power and be trusted to not abuse said powers/privileges. 7. I would like to be a Vice commander because i want to lead and assist Purge the best as i can, i have knowledge and experience with the Purge . I ve been on this server for a 4 months and thrue the time i can belive that i can uphold my responsibilities and duties as a vice commander. When i joined the server my first Battalion was Purge, and from the time it is still my main and only job on the server. I have dedicated most of my time on the server to Imperial Commandos and have put all my time into the battalion ever since i first got Darth in server i come on server daily unless im having a short break but even then i will still get on server every other day it is the only battalion i would strive to become Commander of so that i can further help the battalion as a whole grow and expand. I would also love to share and give the same amazing experiance i have had in IC to others who join this battalion. IC is the only battalion i have been in for a while apart from when helping out the STs a little when they needed it. I spend pretty much all my time on the IC job when on server and am constantly trying to get more new members doing missions and Sims when we have the numbers are trying to make sure all my IC have a great time when on server. 4. The main purpose of a branch commander is to lead his guys and show the best example of what it is to be a commando while leading and dealing with any and all problems the other IC cannot giving the IC everything they need to be encouraging and outstanding while doing it. Nothing comes above the Commander branch and the Commanders own branch should always take priority that being said a Commander should always be open to help other people and battalions whenever needed or can also keeping good relations with the others on the server. Never be bias or unfair to anyone and give everyone an equal chance to rise through the ranks to one day hopefully be ready to take over as commander. The Commander should be making sure his troops are acting good and following all the rule and keep an eye out for any problems that could start while giving the troops plenty of stuff to do like missions SIMs ect. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have never given a real reason to be untrust worthy i have always been following the server rules and have been helping out with IC the best i can since joining by doing daily try outs to grow numbers whenever i can doing SIMs / Missions to keep my guys entertained when no events are happening and been doing all i can to keep moral high so not to see people want to stop playing on IC or the server. I helped the STs when i could and have been playing as a Commando since i first got Darth while trying to get as many people involed with our activites as i can to show that we are a great battalion to join. I do whatever i can for my fellow IC and help them whenever they come to me with whatever they need. As i commander i would be trying to spread the same enjoyment i got from my time rising through the ranks and do everything i can for the IC as a whole. I have come up to see a three bosses bring IC Down a good path and I want to be the next to keep this battalion going down the right path. The CMDR will show leadership and enforce orders from above down through the ranks through the VCMDRs and officers, respectively. It is also the duty of the CMDR to work with the VCMDRs to keep rosters and documents up to date as well as to advertise the battalion. A commander also has the ability to promote worthy troopers and low command troops from MAJ+ which VCMDRs can’t without HC permission, and if necessary issue disciplinary Actions towards troopers that violate rules and regulations And cause trouble within the battalion. Furthermore, Commanders will manage and preserve the activity of the battalion by coming up different ways to keep interest, such as: simulations (joint or battalion specific), trainings, or other battalion exercises. I want to be the commander of Shock because I feel I can take on the challenges and responsibilities of this position. Shock is the only battalion that I have every truly loved and shown so much dedication to and that wont ever change for me. I know I have said this a lot but Shock is a family to me and I am honored to be with each and every member of this battalion. It is important that a commander be kind, approachable, understanding and knowledgeable. I would not be at the rank I am if I did not have the drive to be where I am. I always try to step up and show I can be trusted in any type of situation that is thrown at me and lead those under my command to become better as well. I have good role models of those who came before me and those in AHC I have the utmost respect and trust to show me what is expected out of anyone who is in a commanding spot. I also want to see DT be more inclusive with other battalions and give them more things to do other than sit up at the bridge with their VIPs and very occasionally go on a patrol with their VIPs. I want also want to try and improve some documents as well as make some more documents for DT to go off of for things like Tryouts, Interrogations, Proper Patrolling etiquette, and more. Along with these changes I would like to make DT seem like a battalion be a thing to be desired to be a part of but also as a welcoming community for everyone. The main purpose of a commander to be someone to look up to and someone who gets people to want to be on the server and take orders from. Someone who is not to be looked up to more as a scolding boss but someone who can be fun to be around while still getting the job done. Obviously, there will be moments where a commander can be strict but those moments are needed in order to keep a battalion in line and I have shown that as a VCMDR I can be fair but stern with my punishments against those who break the rules and fall out of line. But over all, a commander should be able to manage his troops effectively in the battlefield and know how to divide their ranks to ensure victory. 6. I am applying for the position of the Imperial Police force Shock Commander. 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I'd like to be the commander of shock because I think I'm ready to take this roll. I've talked to the other Shock Vice Commander and he admits himself that he as well wants me to be the Shock Commander after I talked to my shock and I got convinced to make the Commander Applications for the Shock Regiment. I am now in shock for 4 months and 2 weeks I think I am enough to request the roll I know everything in shock and shock I know everything about me. What I want to improve in shock is the system and the sub class what shock is in need of some improvement. What I do for shock is very much I try to change everything to bring some new things into shock that also some people who play on the server for a long time will like shock again because of the changes because I want to throw shock around to make something very beautiful out of it with new things in it I want more people to come to shock. I want to help everyone who has questions and that sort of things. I want everyone to enjoy the shock job. I don't want to argue with anyone. You are to show experience, responsibility, dedication, hard work and management within your battalion. If you can do that you are a well fit for any high position / lead a battalion. Here are some examples of the following: - Experience: While playing on the server you make experience. You get to know your protocols better and you can react faster to things. Getting a commander position to someone who has 0 experience is to worst mistake possible. You need to be experienced to run a commander position or even higher. To more experience the better you can lead the battalion since you know you way through the battalion. - Leadership: For any commander to be chosen he/she needs to have leadership. This can only be gained by experience. You will lead your way through from SGT to any other High rank. - Responsibility: You are responsible for your battalion. If something is wrong within your battalion you are supposed to act professional and deal with the situation in the right care. PT, strike, demotion or removal are the common ways of dealing with troublesome people in your battalion. - Dedication: Anyone who wants to apply for a battalion leading job like commander needs to be dedicated. He/she needs to put effort into the battalion and make free time to manage his/her battalion. If one is to lazy something can go really bad within the battalion and hell could break loose. - Management: You keep management in your battalion for your documents and your roster. You make sure it is all up to date and when updating needs to happen you ask as commander for a tiny bit of help from some officer’s or Vice commander’s since they can be trusted. There are multiple ways of leading a battalion n but that depends on what type of leader you are. There are 2 different types of commanders: - Boss: As a boss you tell them what to do. You are in charge of the battalion and you sit there and watch. You give them a promotion for them if they work hard. You are in full charge and they will listen to you. - Leader As a leader you will help your troopers and your allies. You are to help for anything and participate. You innovate, motivate, be creative and inspire yourself and other troopers. This is a form of a true leader. If I say so myself I am a leader. If you are a boss you are just lazy and a jerk. I mainly think I should be a VCMDR of this branch because I would like to see it thrive and continue to grow. There are opinions of mine that I think are really good ideas and improvements for the battalion that I wish to pitch to the CMDR. Also, I wish to improve activity and make sure the roster is updated as frequently as possible since I have seen things that need updating for different battalions fairly often. I also think that I'm a pretty good leader and have gotten told that I should apply for VCMDR by multiple people ever since I reached the rank of CPT. I am also able to command over 15+ people at a time during chaotic moments and able to give fair but strict punishments for those who fall out of line. I also genuinely enjoy my time being in death troopers, and feel like I could give people the same experience I've had when I first joined DT or maybe even a better one. 4. The main purpose of a commander is to make sure your command team is in line and doing what they are meant to do as well as commanding and managing the battalion. Another important role of a commander is to be someone to look up to and follow by their actions. Furthermore, a commander should always have a plan to keep people entertained and wanting to continue playing on the server. A commander should also keep the battalions interests at heart and see what would benefit the battalion and it's troops. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have been a commander on several RP servers including Gaminglight Military RP back in 2017 as RUAF's commander. I can also keep up to date with the roster pretty frequently, manage the activity of the people on it, and be communicative and understanding to those with situations that require extended leaves. I have also been a death trooper since August 28th of 2020 and have experienced what commanders do during that time. I have attempted to create and contribute detailed documents to the battalion with easy to read instructions and explanations. 7. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I can be trusted because I am dedicated and loyal to my men and the shock battalion and do not plan to leave any time soon. I am trusted amongst the officers and lower enlisted to lead them I treat everyone within and outside of the battalion equally I do not favor one person of another no matter their rank. I will not hesitate to stand up for my troopers when they are in need of help or if they feel they have been wrongfully accused of something. I am active and well liked by many and I do not find it personal if you wish to come to me to voice your concerns about me or the way I am with the battalion. The main purpose of a Commander for a chosen branch on the ISD is to be able to create an active, mature but also fun battalion for the server. It is very important for Shock to have a good Command team, due to the fact it holds very high responsibility, with us being the Police of the ISD, as well as holding sub-battalion's and to not destroy previous Commander's of Shock's legacy. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted as the Commander of Shock due to the fact that as my time as Vice Commander, I have made many changes already, such as appointing a new K2-S0 lead, who can update the documents as well as make sure every player in Shock with Lord+ can have access, but must tryout, as it is one of the best roles on the server as it has 4000 health points. Another change I have made a Shock Vice Commander is created the Shock Elite Jump Trooper's. I have created an organized sub-regiment along with no jetpack abusing unless chasing an AOS, as well as constant training's with them. Another thing I have done as Vice Commander is done fun trainings/simulations. I believe it is very important to keep your battalion engaged and to want to come back on after they leave. The way I engage my troopers is to make every single Shock trooper starting from trainee to feel like they are treated respectfully as well as feel apart of a team/family whom have a common goal. One more reason that I should be trusted as the Shock Commander is the fact that I don't take disrespect lightly to Shock and I believe they respect me as a leader, and would have the battalions "want" for me as the Shock Commander. Another reason you should trust me is because I've updated the roster tons, showing care for the batttalion. 7. How often can you be Online? : I have been online for roughly 10 hours a day for the past week, I can continue this stride until September 12th, when my school begins and I will have to take some lighting into that, but I believe I can still spend roughly 5 hours a day as a Shock Commander and to be able to have an active, mature and respected battalion. 8. (What for?) : Two warnings before I started to actually respect ImperialRP as well as Star Wars in general, one for NIIRP, and one for FailRP, although there is no need to worry about these as I have changed in regards to my terms of Garry's Mod and Star Wars RP, as it is one of the best experiences i've ever had on a video game.

TBH having someone thats also trying to learn the ways of being a Leader of a pretty big branch can suck for him, and the branch as he might be in to much pressure, and no one can help him. I know sometimes ST may be boring to be and watch, but tbh thats what makes it fun to do other things. There main duty though is to be able to become the figure head overseeing all that is going on with there regiment. The Commander is also the person who in charge of making a successful chain of command is made to make sure the branch is running at full efficiency. In my opinion with a chain of command the commander becomes almost useless. They will also communicate with High Command and give assistance/output if requested on any situations. Commanders will also have vice commanders under them to assist them whenever they are struggling with a decision or the commander gets busy. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I have proven myself with many of my qualities showing that I am capable of holding the commander spot within the 501st. I have proven to be a dedicated Vice Commander by being on almost everyday helping my regiment with whatever they need me for. Ive been with Purge for quite some time now and in that time ive come to know and respect quite a few people and members of Purge aswell as now high respected and know high command members and from knowing and following them- -I believe I now have what is required to become Purge Commander. Aswell in the time ive been in Purge ive become quite known and respected by most of its memebers and officers. Furthermore Purge has been my home branch since ive joined the server. Aswell I would like to move Purge futher than just its "former glory". At this point I would like to further Purge's potential and goals to further than just hunting jedi to well assist other battalions when in need. Ive also been able to see Purge grow and decline with the later half being quite dissapointing but I wish to change that and with being made commander of Purge I would be able to achieve this much eaiser and better. I would also like to put in more doctrine changes to Purge so that the same trooper will not be doing the same thing for too long so that each trooper with have the chance to prove themselves or not get bored from doing the same thing for potentialy hours on end. Purge has been my home battlion since ive joined like I stated earlier and ive seen it through its ups and downs and I hope for the chance to make it even better than before as stated earlier. How I would acheive this is to first implement a timer so that not one same trooper would be doing the same thing for hours on end and potentialy loose faith in Purge and leave. Furthermore I would make more checks with my officers to be sure they were still fit and active to hold they're rank as an officer. I would also make sure everyone know exatly what they should be doing and where they should be doing it. Aswell I would make minging punishments more sevre as to deter minging especilly when out of bunks. I would also implement some sort of timer for guarding and shifts (to be determend). 4. To ensure the officers in line and are still worthy of they're postition/rank. Keep overall morale at the as high as they can for example host and pushing for more fun activities and co trainings with other battalions and keeping battalion relations at a high. Furthermore to be a prime example for your officers and troopers and what a prime Purge trooper is to act and respond. Aswell to be active and attentive to Purges/battalion needs and questions. To aswell make the policies and doctrines for said battalion and to keep said policies and doctrines up to date and organised so that when need can be easily and quickly obtained and noted. And to lead troops whenever needed and to keep every trooper and member on his/hers peak preformance and to keep officers up to date on the events going on around and in the battalion so that they can accurately relay said information to whomever needs to hear/know. Aswell to ensure loyalty to Purge and the Empire. To keep Purge's main goals and objectives in order and to ensure that Purge does not fail and for when the day they are no longer Commander the later Commanders/Vice Commanders will not have to rebuild an entire battalion. I want to become command also because I feel I have worked my way up to Being the COL (was promoted during the time of this app being up) and ARC Lead and now I feel I am ready for the next step in my career. There are many responsibilities with being a commander of a branch but the main one is leading his men. A commander is the head of all things within there branch. They must be able to oversee and make the right decisions are being made. Since I am applying for the role of Vice Commander my role would be to be the direct assistant to the commander. I will assist the commander with overseeing the entire regiment and communicate and give my output on issues to help advise the the commander. If they commander is ever busy or on LOA I would step in with the other VCMDR and help keep the regiment under control till there return. The main reason I want to be a SF Vice marshal is because it would be a great opportunity for me. Also it would make it easier for me to help improve the battalion and give people a better experience not only in SF but in the server. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I do not know but I estimate 50-150 hours on the server 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch In my opinion the main purpose of a battalion vice commander/commander is to not only manage and improve their respective battalions but also set a standard and model for other people to follow while at the same time be understanding of the peoples problems in their battalion and strive to be the best they can themselves so they can also be the best for the people of their battalion and at the same time being hard on people when they break the rules the server or battalion sets for people 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I am active and I will try my hardest to improve SF and have already shown my dedication in being a officer of SF (SFL is a new officer rank)and doing tryouts most days and also holding flight certifications for officers of other battalions. 7. How often can you be Online? : due to the virus im home a lot and can be on most days if needed 8. Do you have any Warnings?
