Personally I would say get Platinum it’ll help you more in the long run and you’ll get decent jobs with it. A custom class can always be made in the future or maybe you’ll meet someone who will let you play on it.

We just have to be careful about it. We don't want too overpowered weapons being put in gun dealer. If things get too overpowered then Gov would lose more fire fights and it may make it less fun.

Over the past two weeks I have tried my best to be active on the job and host plenty of meetings for officers. I hope my activity has satisficed High Command and those who commented on my previous application. Over the month as a Major I've tried to learn more to make myself a better command member. What I have done is continually learned how to best handle situations presented before. As a Major and hopefully soon a Colonel I'll be handling more difficult situations as one of the higher Low Command Members. I believe my time in Low Command in PD and staff has given me the ability to see situations from multiple point of views as to give the best result of it. With my experience I have also paid attention to what is needed to benefit the department I do this by guiding officers who need to improve and reward those who are doing well and encouraging them to take a bigger role and also guide lower officers. Like I've said I host a good bit of meetings and I work with High Command and other Low Command to create beneficial trainings and make the uniquely as I can as much as my schedule allows. I've also been apart of other departments and this gives me different ideas and opinions on how to best help / lead PD. I see myself in Command as a person who can guide people who need it and punish those who deserve it. Being Command is about finding a balance because sometimes you need to be harder then other times on people. During my past experience as a Star Wars RP staff member with another community I was a Gamemaster for several months and this showed me what it is like and helped me think out of the box. You forgot about the massacre in PD

Again I'm not trying to argue but from my perspective I saw the Taraus went down the hill and the driver walked back up so I couldn't have it come back up the hill. I along with other tac units are taught that stalling isn't allowed and to give fair warning about it before pushing. He still shot the hostage instead of continuing with negotiations.

The reason you had been warned for this situation is because you were consistently stalling during hostage negotiations. From the start you were stalling you had asked for Commander Mikey knowing it would take longer and waste more time for him to get there. Then when you finally began negotiating with me you were demanding you see people leave not just have people leave. For example you told me to bring an SNR around to the front so you could watch him leave. This is similar to having tac line up on the other side of the street so you can see them which has already been disallowed. But even with that I complied and brought an SNR around had him leave and did the same thing to the Taurus in question. Due to the fact you were stalling for time I decided to give you a fair warning that stalling can result in TAC cancelling further negotiations at which point you killed the hostage even though we were following all other demands. Due to you stalling and experience on the server you were warned for Failrp. And for the video. I wanna mention from my point of view the the car had swerved but didnt completely go around the building and I know it looks like I lied to him about the officer but I didn't see the SNR that had moved behind the building. I do see where you could of believed the car went around the building but from my perspective it went towards yellow for a bit then he hopped out on foot and came back towards the building. In the end you still couldn't kill the hostage in my eyes. (Edited to fit new video posted)

I'm on Teamspeak usually daily or every other day Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)? I would like to join the support team to benefit Gaminglight in an even more positive way, grow as a Staff Member, and to further help one of the departments I'm in. I've been apart of the PoliceRp Staff team for a while now and my experience with the staff team and what players generally go through can be beneficial. Since as staff and with my departments I am constantly in teamspeak I can use that time to help new players get set up in the community. Like I've said before I've been with Gaminglight for a couple years and been a staff member for several months now. I like to continue learning and grow myself within the team as to always be an asset to PRP SMT. This would be a new experience on GL and would allow me to grow and help people in ways I couldn't before. It would also benefit PD on the server as well as several other regiments across other servers. On Policerp I am PD Low Command and to join our department you must get trained in TS so I could help our supervisors get people through the process so they can get trained quicker. I would also be available to help several new people who are trying to join regiments across Gaminglight. How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? I would be able to support the team in a couple ways. First my activity on teamspeak is very high and this would allow me to help a lot of people as they come through teamspeak and get them onto our server quicker so they can play and stay on and become major members of the community. My experience with GL and the experience I have with teamspeak will allow me to help players efficiently and with a more variety of situations. My understanding of the server will help with unique types of situations and if I don't know I will know who would know. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels? I would welcome the player to our teamspeak or give them a nice greeting and ask them what their issue is. I would listen intently to understand what issue they are having while thinking of the best way on how to solve it. Once they are finished explaining the issue I would do everything in my power as a staff / support member to help solve their issue.
