(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve this rank because I make a good team leader, I will help out new members and other staff members if the need it. I never diss people. I always wanted to be staff because I love to help people, I think I would be a great help around the community. I like to think I am well known around the server. I am very active as a SM in PD so I will be even more active on staff I'm on almost everyday for 5+ hours. I have staffing experience on other servers as well as this one a while back. I would not give false warns, I would give warns with evidence. If I warn someone I will always reference back to the staff handbook. I like to feel like I'm a trusted member of the community. I have over 4 weeks of play time. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first bring them to a sit and tell them what's going to happen, I would tell them to calm down, if they don't I would gag them and tell them what's going to happen. then I would then bring the person who call for staff to the sit and hear there side of the story. Then I would ungag the Mass RDMer and ask to here there side of the story, If they keep swearing I would gag them again. then I would open the logs and get the proof I need to warn them tell him/her what Im warning him/her for and what's going to happen, then I would warn him/her for mass RDM and staff dis. After I would call a higher staff member to ming him/she for 10,000 seconds.

Hello, I'm Birdnest I have been in the Gaming Light Community for over a year, If I become a LT in the Police Department, I will be able to make it an even more enjoyable and friendly place to be. If something is wrong in the pd I will make sure to fix it the right way. I will deal with situations as calmly as I can, I will also be mature, I do not lose my temper quickly and I can deal with high stress situations. I can deal with officers who are creating a problem with in PD and the community. I can take in a lot of stress as well take control over situations like a bank raid, general store robbery, and kidnapping. I like to believe I am well known in the community. so when IM on PRP its mayhem, everyone is shooting toe police is runing around, there is robberys every minute. people dieing. i think PRP should have a community meeting to refresh the server. when there is 80+ people on there is one admin and people want to demote him, give the admins and staff a break, there is only one of them taking all of the servers complaints. I was on EMS today and i can't even do my paperwork because I get a call every 2 seconds. then i had like 10 calls at once and i got a demote vote on me and i got demoted for not doing my job. The RP on this server is almost gone.

When i'm on I don't feel like I have any authority over the citizens of Rockford. I haven't seen a lot of lt+ on the server besides Finch. If I get this rank, I am already on almost everyday so I will be on the LT job. I am very active, I have lots of training with the police force and other forces. I also have been a gaminglight member for almost a year now. When there is no one on PD and I am the highest on I take control of situations, and when there is just PD on when there is a bank raid I take control and don't let to PD rush in. I am a great role player and community member. I think I would be a great fit for the position.
