  1. Name: Brass Rank: 2LT Why you should retain your current rank?: I have a lot of experience in GENSEC, both as a command member, and as a normal enlisted. My experience in leadership and knowledge about GENSEC, the facility, and the server as a whole make me a valuable asset to General Security.
  2. Name on roster: Brass Rank on roster: CPT How active are you: Most days of the week, typically earlier or later hours of the day. What can Security CMD improve on? Better communication between command members, especially high to low command. Why should we keep you as GENSEC command [150 words+] I should remain as a GENSEC command member because I always strive to set an example for the lower ranks within our branch. I enjoy teaching them the ropes and often assist them with things as a captain, I also will whip them into shape from time to time if necessary. I take pride in the work I do for GENSEC, and feel that my personal discipline and values make me a valuable addition to command. Being in a command position allows me to better serve our branch, as well as helping out any low ranking members who may not fully understand all of the rules, procedures, or maybe even parts of their duty. I should also continue to be a command member, because in the later and earlier hours of the days that I'm usually on, GENSEC desperately needs organization and authority, two things that I feel I can very much provide for them. In summary, I can offer many valuable traits, that only serve to increase the effectiveness of the command team.

    Brass' LOA

Howdy fellas, I made the LOA report already, but I figure it's not a bad idea to make it known here, just so I'm not mistaken for dissapearing for no reason. I'm going on a leave of absence from the twenty third of March, to the thirty first of March for a trip outside of the country. It's not the longest of leaves, but it is what it is.
  4. Name: Brass Rank: Warrant Officer Activity Status: Active Reason you should stay command (100+ words): I should stay in command because I take my job as a part of GENSEC very seriously. I respect the chain of command and have absolutely zero patience for minging or disrespect from my subordinates, and will not hesitate to reinstate the order that should be expected of all GENSEC personell. I also enjoy the opprotunity to teach lower ranking security the ropes and having the ability to watch them as they themselves climb the ranks to be the best security they can be. Finally, being in a GENSEC command position has put me in one of the best positions I can possibly be in for leading my fellow security into the fight, as well as setting an example for those below me to follow. Any concerns: We've been seeinng an awful lot of High command go on LOA or resignations recently, and it certainly is worrying.
  5. Before I begin I would like to note that I am making this report to cover my rear end just in case somebody asks me about it. I was inactive through most of last week (Febuary 16th through the 21st), though this was unintentional, as thing simply kept popping up. I completely blanked on this, but I figured it's better late than never. Things should be fine from now on.
  6. Name on roster: Security SGT Brassfield 1S32 Rank on roster: SGT How active are you: I am usually active at least a couple of hours per day. Who should be the next Major? I'm not too familiar on the current options, but I feel like Jet deserved the position most of all. What can Security improve on? Secuirty can improve on radio communiccations and responsibility, trigger control and crosshair placemment, and SCP location orientation. Why should we keep you in Security? (30+ words) I should be kept in security because I take my position and work very seriously. I resspect the chain of command and authority, and have a great deal of joy in learning the ropes and teaching new comers the way.
