Why do you want to be a Pyke Officer? (100 word minimum): Pyke is the perfect regiment for me, it's the perfect middle between serious and fun, I joined Pyke arounds 2 weeks and a half ago it has been a joy being around these wonderful people between all the raids events and fun stuff we do. I would love to be Pyke officer because I would like to help new joining Pyke members and Pyke in general continue to have and be a wonderful regiment/community, I know that Pyke just lost a couple officers due to the promotion ceremony and I would Like to help Pyke Regain some and continue to succeed as an amazing regiment. (100 word minimum): Well, I've taken responsibility of my past actions. and took my time off the server to reflect upon my actions and wanted to come back a new person. during this time, I've been on the server I have shown very good collaboration with new enlisted and people in general. I am giving my full loyalty to Pyke and the server. and have grown from the past. and being a naval NCO shows Leadership skills and responsibility. I have showed good responsibility as a Pyke NCO by meeting up with my quota and following the COC. I am confident that I can take on any task that being a Pyke officer may throw at me. Why do you wish to become a Junior Officer: To hopefully train/recruit more people to naval? and I want to support the vice admiral and admiral with any duties they may need me to do. What are the duties of a Junior Officer?: Give a helping hand to enlisted they can ask JO about any questions they might have and answer them and help train new players for naval. basically, being a person that enlisted can ask for anything they need and can be relied on to do any duties by higher ups. How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer? I will try my best to regain naval activity and will help out with answering any questions that any enlisted might have about naval. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) :Mr Man 2. Why do you want to be a Pyke Underboss? I have been working my entire gaming light career to become VCMDR. Ever since I joined the Pyke syndicate It has been the most entertaining and fun experience of any game I have ever played. I want to be a Pyke underboss because I have strategic vision that the Pyke syndicate will continue to be getting more Enlisted NCOs and Officers and will need additional assistance. I would love to be a big part of this wonderful community and regiment. My skillset lends itself directly to this position through my demonstrated leadership, impeccable judgement and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting. I can already see the Pyke Syndicate will continue to be one of most active regiments on the server. I believe that great regiment needs someone who is willing to make things more successful without being concerned about who gets the credit. The role of VCMDR is to make things happen behind the scenes in a way that makes the vison of the Commander and the wellbeing of the regiment a reality in detail as well as outline. 3. How much game time do you have on the server? 6 weeks over 2 accounts. 4. What is the Main Purpose of an Underboss/VCMDR? The purpose of a Underboss/VCMDR will be to assist the Boss/Commander in preserving order, preside in the absence of the Commander. Provide advice and help as required and perform other duties appropriate to the Pyke Office. They will also assist in leading, managing and developing other Pyke Enlisted, NCOs and officers who will execute a broad spectrum of duties including Raids, training, Events and Future saboteur work. The Commander depends on the Underboss to help run operations to coordinate meetings and attract members to the Pyke Syndicate. 5. What could you contribute to Pyke if given Underboss?: I would collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve mutual Syndicate goals. I would form and lead internal teams, provide training and mentorship as needed. I would directly and indirectly manage the syndicate with the goal of enhancing my VCMDR devolvement and growth, I would aim to meet current and future need of the current Pyke syndicate. I would plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operation activates in the organization, ensuring their success. I would be a key leader in this position reporting directly to the Commander and will lead initiatives that build and execute the syndicate brand strengthen communications and expand relationships with other regiments. 6. Are their any ideas or changes you would bring to Pyke if given the position?: I would change a few things such and talking with JMT and SMT or overseer about fixing the safe in cantina so there will be more than just 1 page. I would also improve communication about rules with CCs in raids because I know we have had some complains about that. I would implement any ideas or things I have in mind to the other Underboss and Boss about changing in Pyke. I would also inform them about any issues of the new subbranch that is coming out. I would encourage my subordinates to bring their ideas to me for consideration at any time. 7. How much experience do you have with Pyke?(If possible give an example of an interaction): I have been in Pyke since 10/25/23 and had extensive experience. I've been in so many Pyke raids and Pyke apprehends I lost count. I have been in reactor raid successful and unsuccessful. I've been in kidnaps where we kidnap HCOM or any other commander I have been in so many trainings and spice refiner trainings, and I am the current World record holder for fastest reactor raid ever and most spice batches sold in one sitting. Ive been spending countless hours of my time mentoring other Pykes that need help and assisting them with anything they need. 8. If yes, for what?:none Why should we trust you with an Officer rank?:I am a Pyke officer By taking this much responsibility it shows that I have experience being a officer and people can come and ask me questions and I will not only abide by the SOP, but I will encourage the rules on it I will also help them and walk them threw their tryouts and how SF do things. I also show initiative by being super active on SF and completing my NCO quotas before the due date. What can you do to assist command with this rank?: I can encourage other people to do their quota and give positive feedback on what they're doing. I can also help command by Giving other advice and taking a leadership role by taking this role it will help high command by getting some stress off their back. Also I can assist new enlists with their battalions and help newer NCOs with tryout ETC. I will show leadership when commanding and helping other people. What is the point of been a officer?: The point of being a officer is to help NCOs With tryouts and other things and help New enlists with any questions they might need. also, the point is too take command when needed and to host sims. A officer needs to show leadership by not only helping out SF but any battalion that might have questions. as a officer you have to keep SF from falling apart and putting together the pieces that make SF what it is today. being a officer is a big step of responsibility that I am ready to take on . What would happen if you see a fellow officer messing around and then commanding NCOs to mess around with him?: I would tell them to stop and tell SF command. I would take officer action and tell the officer to stop messing around and tell the NCOs if they follow, they will be punished. I would keep trying to make them stop or until a SF command tells me to stop or tells them to stop. After doing those things I will encourage the NCOs to abide by the SOP and not to mess around like that again because the officer should know better not to do that. Explain: I know lore I would like to say Well above average I always watched star wars movies as a kid and I read a lot of comics Why do you WANT to become a Gamemaster?: Ive had a amazing time over the course of 3 years playing on gaminglighrp with all these events and ive seen a significant decrease of events recently so I want to help improve that so other people can feel the joy that I did? Why should you be trusted to be a Game Master?: Ive been really active recently and love this community im super loyal and have never gotten banned or gotten a strike before. Are you familiar/experiences with ULX?: A little bit I can also go in single player and practice it I learn fast, Are you experienced with being a Game Master and how they function?: Yes ive had lots of conversations with alot you can set up sim's event all sorts of stuff basically help the players have more fun on the server Give a brief example of an on-ship event, as well as an example of an off-ship event: On ship: when we are just chilling on the ship the engine turns off. we don't know why, then after 2 min without power a rebel fleet attacks. the troopers is doing all they can to survive but they can't call for help becuase comms dosn't work. the Tank needs to fix the engine while the other troopers need to fight rebels that's bording the ship. Tank will be able to blow the SHB up so SF can get out with ships and attack the main ships. when the Tank finally gets the power back they will be able to fight back with turbo lasers. and they can call for help. Off-ship: navy picks up an emergency message from a planet. when they listen to it for a bit they hear that's it's an jedi on the planet aswell. so they inform the IQ and Darth Vader (if not on the next higher up) about the message. then all troops go to Tatoine and tries to find the rebells the goal is to capture the jedi to get information off him they take him back to brig after managing to capture him they question him and find out there main base in on hoth they kill the jedi go to hoth and bomb there hideout.
