[50+ words]: I will assist nova by exceeding if not meeting tryout quota every week, along with helping Enlisted troopers get their gropes with the battalion. I will keep roster up to date and set an example for the newer and older generations of nova. I will enforce the rules and set examples along with exceeding quota or meeting it every week, inspire others to reach higher ranks, and make the battalion better for others as a non-commission officer. Why do you want to become an NCO? [50+]: I would love to become a nova non-commissioned officer because I feel I would benefit the NCO team at the point I stand and I have enough time to exceed quota and spend more time in the nova battalion, and I can set good examples for friends and other troopers as well. Do you have any experience leading / being an NCO?: On a different server I was a 212th battalion commander. (highest ranked one) So yes I would count that as experience. What is the purpose/duty of an NCO? [75+]: The purpose of a Non-commissioned officer in the nova battalion is to exceed quota every week and set examples for fellow nova. If quota is not met you might get removed. The job of an NCO is also to be responsible and follow rules of the server. You must always set good examples for nova, train new nova to enforce the strength of our great battalion, and always have fun in the battalion. As well as keeping roster up to date and getting enlisted set up on their journey into nova.
