I began shooting he pulls the riot shields runs away closes the door. When I open the checkpoint door he has disappeared, I thought he cloaked so I began shooting to try find him. He was no where to be found. The checkpoint made no noise and the door was closed, obviously he didn't go through it, I believe he nocipped to avoid an active RP situation. I tried to talk to the enlisted behind me to tell them. Upon reviewing this clip it is evident Weiss was no where near me. Any extra information: Disguising as Gensec to purposely not get targeted makes 0 sense. It furthermore makes no sense to suggest O5 can disguise as Gensec. O5 is meant to manager for the facility.

We know the EOI are onsite because they tell us when they are going in and what they are disguised as. Even then as I said we just KOS non combatants what you are effectively asking is getting E4 to manually verify the noncombatants are EOI. That in itself is more of an EOI issue. The difference between checking roster vs what RFA did? The RFA disguised as a non combatant which is completely within his control and is his own fault for that decision. EOI being on the roster is not something in their control.

What are you suggesting? - Add actual features to Civilian jobs like gun mission in which civilians can either steal guns from foundation or CI. Meaning that the citizens will have to hold out. Add the Mayor is elected by citizens and demoted on death. The mayor could side against or with CI. Give the town a equipment locker for sheriffs and a town budget system (Suggest other ideas below) Overall just features need to be added and the civilians need to be expanded, rather than "just RP" mindset its gmod. How would this change better the server? - Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - You actually have to put effort into making it Who would this change mostly benefit? - Anyone who wanted to play a neutral job Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/a

I will bring a calm demeanor and easy going atmosphere should I be selected for this role. I want to work with individuals who want to work in a strong team, but a team that helps each other and is not toxic. I want to work in a team that tries to improve, but not to the point it becomes elitist. I want to try another MTF branch as I mainly play CI, I am hoping I can play more MTF and balance this with CI. I hope to try become a leader within this branch, and make myself someone others enjoy playing with. I aim to balance laid back command style with having standards for the branch. What makes you competent enough to be an Officer?: Firstly, I have current SF experience and have been for over 4 months. During this time I have displayed competence in the role, and have been in command since January 1st. I have ensured all members are competent but also that they enjoy what they do. I have been able to lead them in a way where they stick to what they do, operate effectively, yet they don't feel like I am a tyrant and enjoy the task force. I have demonstrated that I am able to take orders effectively and execute on them. I have also demonstrated I can be trusted with other command positions and sensitive information. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: By attending MTF command meetings should I be granted this position, additionally reports to me by other players will be taken seriously, and also without confrontation retorts. And again I have already said why that is impractical due to EOI having to use their own TS channel and losing access to CI comms when they change to the their job. Metagame is only brought up when convenient. How many times have cloakers talked and because they have CI or MTF in their name you assume they are on your side???

I have edited my post to make it clearer. Gate A has 7 doors just to get into the facility! Gate B has 2

1. Remove the Gamma and kill house elevator and replace them with teleporters. However leave the elevator at the entrance as this could have an impact on CI base raids. 2. Make Gate A & B closer and remove doors from Gate A (7 doors) to make it practical for CI to use both gates. 3. Remove MTF spawn from EZ to prevent them being there are hearing the elevator and fighting CI in the choke points early. (I do not blame MTF for catching CI in the elevator so often, it is an inherent flaw with the map. To say some cope like "Report them to their command" is unfair, they are just there regularly as they spawn there and buy guns there. 4. Remove the pointless forest to the right of CI base, or 4b. Reduce it in size largely. A lot of these suggestions will benefit CI. Even if you are an MTF main, without CI you are going to find the server is very boring and makes E11 and D5 Redundant. They will then result to fighting D class. This in turn makes D class unfun. D class are the new players to the server. We should make their experience as fun as possible so they stay around and join our community.
