  1. 1. What’s your In-Game Name? Valin 2. What’s your SteamID (e.g. STEAM_0:1:55975235)? STEAM_0:1:157011703 3. What is your Rank? ME 4. Total strikes you’ve ever received? 0 5. How many warnings do you have on GL? 1 for NLR ignorance on Sarkic 6. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you? 10 7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)? I would like to become a part of the Maintenance Command because I have been very active on Maintenance and after training so many people, I always see them still as a JM even though I personally see them active a lot and are doing a wonderful job, I think if I could be in command I could help the new guys out, and I think once they get promoted they would feel more motivated to stay and keep playing as maintenance since they felt good about being promoted up. Plus, the more command the better, right? More opinions going around, and having a super active command member would be great to have around in my opinion, since I noticed unfortunately on this last meeting we only had 1 command member here (Ayaya, meeting of September 10th 2022). [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? If they are refusing to return, even after I had attempted to cuff them to bring them back, and or tried multiple times to get them to come back, I would request a DNT be made about them, and if they also refuse to get off of Maintenance Trainee I'd call an admin to remove them from it. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I would tell them they need to stop before they crossfire someone else who is not wanting to get shot/or if they shoot someone out of the bunks. If they continue doing so and I catch them I would give them a strike as I had already gave them a verbal warning. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? Knowing JM's are on a 1 strike policy, and after seeing proof/noticing that is has been happening many times I talk to them about why they are doing it, and if they give me a reasonable good explanation I would put them on a DNT and remove their whitelist of JM, and if their reason was really good I would encourage them to come back after their DNT timer is up to come back and rejoin our ranks and hope they can do better.
