SCP-RP , Senior Moderator How long have you been apart of the Gaminglight community? 1 Year How long have you been a staff member on Gaminglight? About a month a half How often are you online on the forums? Daily. Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I have been on gaminglight SCP-RP for near to a year, throughout my time here I've been in staff twice and haven't joined a time thus I feel like I should try to join one and contribute to the community even more. I'm constantly on the forums and active on gaminglight, I'm constantly taking sits and trying to help my other staff members. I've also been staff of the week 3 times in a row and I feel like I should now try to contribute more to the community out of the game and on the forums rather than only on the server. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? I consider myself to have good judgement as throughout my time I have issued punishments to multiple members within my branch as SCMD / LCMD and issued punishments to players in the community as a staff member. As a DHFTO within delta-5 and when I was R&D I had to do multiple blacklists for people who broke the rules too many times or committed extremely bad offenses with clear and set punishments which shows I am capable of reaching a set decision without my mind being clouded by any other outside sources. Also as a Senior mod I have warned people without any bias involved and in some cases banning people. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? Firstly, I would look at the content of the spam posts, then hide all the posts which are being spammed after that depending on the content I would instantly elevate it to a senior Diplomat+ however If It is nothing serious and just general trolling I would notify the user through the PM system on the forums and tell them, "Hello, I am speaking on behalf of the forum diplomat team, you are currently breaking forum rules by spamming posts in multiple topics regarding your ban appeal if you continue to do this It will lead to a formal forum warning or ban. Please cease this behaviour and remain patient while waiting for your ban appeal to be reviewed." And then notify other Forum Diplomats to keep an eye on this user for any other rule breaks which they commit. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? I would firstly read the posts which are being sent by both users, depending on the content of which is being sent I would elevate the situation to a Senior Diplomat+ however if the posts are just general arguing then I would lock and hide both posts then message both of the individuals through the forums PM system, ""Hello, I am speaking on behalf of the forum diplomat team, please do not talk / argue within warn appeals and keep message to + supports / - supports as If you don't you are breaking forums rules and may be formally warned and If seen constantly doing it banned from the forums." and then notify other Forum Diplomats to keep an eye on this user for any other rule breaks which they commit.

I've read multiple lore files including Omega-1 and I am extremely happy knowing they will be added to the roster of branches on gaminglight. I am also extremely enveloped within the lore of the Ethics Committee and the Code of Ethics and the RP scenarios which may occur from them hence my reason of joining Delta-5 however I feel like Omega-1 is much more fitted towards me due to my in-depth knowledge of the Code of Ethics and closely working with the Ethics Committee to enforce their orders thus my application of becoming command. What skills and qualities makes you best fit to be Omega-1 Command?: Leadership Through my time on gaminglight I have learned a lot through my command positions, I learned from R&D on how to command a branch / sub-branch, how to make good documents for SOPs, how to format pings correctly and most importantly maintain branch relations and ensure a positive environment, I learned from CI military on how to lead people under pressure and to make quick decisions and to formulate plans within quick succession which led us to numerous victories, and In my current position within Delta-5 I have learned how to host PTs effectively and ensuring that all those attend will improve in one way or another I also have learnt on how to interrogate to a much higher standard, ensure I am being professional at all times, Learn and understand the Code of Ethics and to be comfortably utilise it to apprehend all those who violate it, effectively escort personnel and perform covert operations effectively and swiftly as a Gamma-9 unit. As my time as a RRH Analyst I learned on how to work with high clearance personnel and during this time the level of RP which I conducted elevated to a much higher standard and with this I also learnt how to enforce a positive RP environment and involving everyone so no one feels left out. With all these experiences my leadership has grew to higher levels thus I feel I am ready to become an Omega-1 command member as with this position I will be able to grow much more as a person and a leader. Roleplay Abilities / Lore Knowledge I am extremely knowledgeable of SCP lore including the lore of MTF Omega-1 'Law's Left Hand' and the Ethics Committee, my in-depth knowledge will not only help me perform and act correctly while on-site, It will also ensure that the RP environment surrounding and including Omega-1 is up to a high standard which must be guaranteed due to the prestige of Omega-1. This will also assist in any orders / operations which are given to me so I can ensure I perform well and most importantly the NCOs / Enlisted are following appropriate procedure I have also been in multiple positions which require to be adequate at roleplaying and having in-depth knowledge of the SCP universe such as being SCMD in R&D and performing covert operations as an EOI agent and also being a Chief Supervisory Agent within IAA which requires me to have good knowledge of the Code of Ethics and ensuring a serious / positive environment is always around me thus showing I am capable of upholding a high level of roleplay and positive environment when roleplay is occurring. Maintaining Healthy Branch Relations This Is In my opinion the most important skill to have as a command member of any branch and I feel like I have it due to my extraneous efforts to ensure branch relations with other branches throughout my multiple positions as a command members, I have assisted in many changes within Delta-5 which has improved branch relations with other branches such as pushing for more comradery with Wardens with D5 and G9s comradery with Security juggernauts. I feel like If I was to become an Omega-1 Command member I would ensure healthy branch relations are maintained no matter what occurs within RP as due to the nature of Omega-1s dealings with ethics violators and covert operations thus HCMD can rely on me to ensure no toxicity is occurring from any of our enlisted / NCOs or fellow command members and that If it is occurring that It will be dealt with swiftly and the appropriate punishments will be handed out, I would also attempt to do PTs with other branches consistently to ensure we have strong cooperation and to create strong relations with all branches on the server thus making a positive environment which will not only benefit those within Omega-1 but will benefit everyone on the server. I am also a GMT player however I still am active during peak server times / EST times thus I can manage operatives of Omega-1 who cannot play during peak times / EST and ensure no ethical violations are occurring during lower server times.
