How long have you been in Royal Guard? 26 days from my first promotion to Royal Guard Cadet I. Why do you want to become a Trial Senior? [150+ words] At this time, I am putting my full focus on the Royal Guard. I've had great experiences with the people in the Royal Guard, and I feel as if I want to stay within the Royal Guard and prosper with it to new heights. I also want to do this just so I can try and do more, like, larger simulations, flag ups, missions, and more trainings for the Royal Guard, which would include joint-trainings with other battalions like Purge. I would also like to make myself a role model for the other members of the Royal Guard. I would do that by being professional when it's needed or taking the lead in a combat situation if no one else wants to do it at that time. I also feel like I can commit a large amount of time to the battalion helping the new cadets or NCO's that come into the battalion that need help. I want to become a person that people can go to, to talk to, and to get help from if they need it. I also want to make it a more enjoyable experience for the new recruits and current members. How could you assist Royal Guard command with this rank? [100+ words] I could assist the command team mainly with my activities. To elaborate a little bit more, I can put at least four hours a day on the server and I feel as if I can step up during this time to make it more fun for the members on during that time. I also feel as if I can teach new NCO's that come into the battalion about how things are run and, overall, how to make it more fun for others in the battalion. Not only with NCO's, but I want to make cadets enjoy their stay in the Royal Guard. That could be done by making sims that can make people stay engaged or missions to get more numbers on some days of the week/weekends. I also feel as if I can help with whatever the command team may need help with at the time. I also want to step up and watch over the new cadets of the Royal Guards and give recommendations accordingly to how they perform. How many strikes do you have? None at this time. Do you have any prior experience in being an Officer? (If yes, explain) Yes, to an extent. I was part of the Naval Supervisory for a brief period of time. However, I feel like I didn't learn everything I was meant to do as an officer. I also have some minor experience on another server, but as it was not to the scale of Gaminglight, I feel as if it wouldn't apply too well to what we have in Royal Guard. What Qualifications could you bring too the Royal Guard Officer Team? I have past experience on other servers to an extent, and some experience on Gaminglight as a Naval Supervisor, even though, as I said before, this experience may not amount to anything relating to Royal Guard as a whole, as Royal Guard is a whole new experience for me. Even though my resume of experience isn't as large as others, I still feel as if I can perform well in the officer team. Recently, I've been trying my best to somewhat step up to be a role model for other NCO's by doing simulations and training some new cadets that are coming into the battalion and trying to go beyond what the quota says to do. Do you understand that if you are Accepted, you will be on a 2 Week Trial Period? Yes, if I fail during this period, it shows I'm not yet ready for this position.

Aviation What Naval Command (Commodore +) gave you permission to apply? Admiral Garrick Versio. What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for? I believe I can bring activity from myself into the branch, and possibly put a good foot forward for them. I’ve had experience in the past with Aviation before, and I think I could help with the overall piloting of the server. I also feel like I could push for events on the Aviation side of things to get people more active, from doing sims and events to group training. I also want to try and make SF more than just a "fly and shoot things" battalion. This could be adding more passive RP to SF, like pre and post-battle checks, or armament loading before a large battle. And of course, this won't always happen, as it may be bad timing for an event or if there is no time in-between events. I just believe I can bring more ideas to the table for SF so they can expand what they do. Why should you be trusted with this position? I know I haven't been around as much as others, but I'm here to enjoy my time and to improve overall. I wouldn't have applied for this position if I didn't think I could do it. I also have some previous experience of doing this, though not as much as others. And overall, I feel like I can step up and be a leader for others to make the overall experience of Aviation better. Why do you want this rank? I want this rank so I can, for one, do more in the Navy. And push for a better overall experience for anyone in Aviation. This, as said before, would include cool sims and trainings to keep people engaged when playing. I also want to explore new things. Yes, I've done it before, but I feel as if it can be a completely different experience here. And overall, I want to improve as a leader and helper. Do you understand that if you receive a strike, you will be stripped of this rank? Of course, if I do receive a strike, it will be for a good reason. I believe if I mess up enough to receive a strike, I don't deserve to be in a position like that, because it shows I didn't do something right. What is your purpose within your assigned branch? My purpose is to make sure Aviation as a whole stays together and follows all the rules that have been set in place. That will also include overseeing the operations of the Aviation branch. This would also include helping SF to the absolute best of my ability.
