  1. we were being nowhere near as toxic as you at all, and the extent he went was too far in my opinion also just because someone does something back to you doesn't make what you did first justifiable, you guys started the whole thing with unnecessary chat messages and it escalated from there. by your logic here if someone revenge RDMs someone else it'd be "kinda justifiable", since both toxicity and rdm are treated roughly similarly according to the staff handbook i don't recall ever being even close to as toxic as thin was, and i'd like to see proof backing up this claim, something like spamming "L ur dogshit kid" in chat directed towards me
  2. Your in game name: RNJesus Your Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:695042758 The player's in game name: Thin The player's steam ID (required): STEAM_0:0:419502660 Date and Time This Incident Occurred: 6am-8am EST on 8/15/22 What did the player do: Toxicity, NLR Break, and Mic Spam Evidence (required): https://imgur.com/a/7z5Unqc - 3 images of toxicity https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/wLlT7GPDsZcL1/d1337jgQu1UR?invite=cr-MSxDdWYsMTAxMDEwMjQs - t-bagging + prop minge https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/wLQYlg8hoEbDw/d1337zNJmoqJ?invite=cr-MSxIODksMTAxMDEwMjQs - mic spamming outside sec bunks https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/wLBNWkl3MYZGN/d1337CFaPkmC?invite=cr-MSwzcmMsMTAxMDEwMjQs - mic spam in dblock https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/wLrFJlbx1sK-K/d1337vo09jiY?invite=cr-MSxPMWQsMTAxMDEwMjQs - breaking NLR by 10 seconds https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/wLPUf3s_A9HC-/d1337vSTjK6L?invite=cr-MSxNZWssMTAxMDEwMjQs - breaking NLR by 27 seconds What do you believe should happen to the player: Warn Any extra information: I was also being toxic to an extent, but not spamming directed insults in chat. I mentioned his friend, jit, was more difficult to kill that night because he was. It wasn't anything to the harsh extent that Thin pushed it to. My messages were more like "sit down", "bad", or "bye" after I killed one of them. The banter in the OOC chat got too heated and along with Thin's mic spam, toxicity after killing me, and blatant NLR breaking, I got fed up, so now I'm here since he logged off and the admin who took the sit said the chat spam didn't "seem like toxicity" somehow, and gave him a verbal for breaking NLR twice. I think this was too light of a punishment.
  3. +Support - Very active - Good Responses - Has experience as a MSGT - A good pick overall
  4. 1. What is your in-game name?: RNJesus 2. Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:69504275 3. Current Rank in Security: MSGT 4. Time on the server: 3+ days 5. On a scale from 1 (the minimum 30 min per day) - 10 (6+ hours Daily), how active are you?: 8 6. Do you have any active strikes on the roster? (This includes other branches): No 7. Which Juggernaut members recommended you to apply?: Bebop 8. What is your current level in game?: 35 9. Do you understand that if you abuse this job it WILL be taken away?: Yes 10. Why do you think you deserve to join the Security Juggernaut Sub-Branch? (100+ WORDS): Some people might know that I'm an active warden, I love the subbranch and want to extend that love over to the Juggernaut subbranch as well. I'd like to work with the other Juggernauts that I see on so much in containing LCZ threats and D-Class riots. Sometimes on wardens, not being able to go into D-Block ends up being detrimental, so being able to support GENSEC with a powerful class that can freely enter D-Block sounds very appealing. I'm good at working with others to contain threats, but I can also stand well enough on my own, too, if it comes down to it. Overall, I think I'm a well-rounded player that can positively impact the Juggernaut subbranch as a whole. 11. As a member of the Juggernaut Sub-Branch, do you have the right to give orders to people above your standard Security Rank? Why or why not?: No. In the Juggernaut's SOP under the Security Relations section, Rule 3 states that "Juggernauts are not to command anyone that is above their normal Security rank. They are to follow the Golden Rules, just like normal Security would."
