How will you assist Nova with this rank? [50+ words] I will use this rank to assist Nova in their efforts to protect the VIP to the best of my ability. I will continue to work on my combat skills to do better in combat situations that the battalion may face. I will help run tryouts when necessary or run a tryout to try and increase our numbers and make our battalion even better by helping others that have joined and try to point them in the right direction so they can do their best in Nova.
Why do you want to become an NCO? [50+] I have greatly enjoyed every moment of being a Nova Trooper. I love getting to participate in the activities that Nova does with the members of it's battalion. My favorite things so far has to be guarding a VIP and sitting in on sitting in on tryouts. I want to see the Nova Troopers grow and I want to be a part of that and do what I can to see the growth happen.
Do you have any experience leading / being an NCO? I do not have any experience but I am willing to learn what it takes to be an excellent addition to the NCOs of Nova.
What is the purpose/duty of an NCO? [75+] The purpose of an NCO is to be active and run the battalion (if you are the highest ranking NCO) when there is not a CO on server. NCOs are to run tryouts at least three times a week and run patrols. NCOs lead Nova Troopers and help lower ranks with questions they may have or direct those questions to a CO that is present. NCOs also watch the Enlisted to make sure they are following the SOP and not breaking server rules or Imperial Laws.
