Agreeing with Daze on this. I’ve said this in other apps but get around maybe a month on the server or so and see if you think it’s something you’ll be interested in. Many times have people immediately get staff on a server and get burnt out fast.

I don’t doubt you would be a good Senior Mod but the only problem I have is on the last question. You have at least 2ish paragraphs turned into 2 sentences. There is a few spelling mistakes (it’s fine, I knew what you were talking about) but other than that the app is good an I can also say you have done good in the past as well. (Also you should have the title as Akeru’s Senior Mod Application) +support

It feels like I’m just quoting Dazes replies on all of these. Like he said though, I haven’t personally seen you or that I can remember (bad memory) but I agree with what was said. I’m also + supporting this app because I do want to see what you could do and provide to the staff team.

Majorly agreeing with waiting on playtime. I have personal experience of rushing to become a GM in the past and I got super burnt out. I recommend like Daze said to wait maybe a week in playtime.

To add a couple more things: last question is all 1 sentence which could just be about 3 (still needs more at least), could use a bit more time in shock possibly (24 days might seem long but it can take a while to become an Officer because you have to really prove yourself).

Very detailed app, more staff experience than mostly everyone ranging from Owner to Tmod, seems like a good fit into the ranks, and we do love our night time staff (I’m not great with time zones). + Support, Goodluck

Omg get this man CMO. He’s been with Medical about as long as I have and has been always a great MO helping where ever he was needed. His RP that I remember from one of my surgeries a while back was just amazing acting and just made me cry laughing. + BIG SUPPORT

Very true. A higher rank is only needed for muting/ gagging (saying this as if you were a tmod needing someone). Also of course bans but if you get accepted you’ll see how that works. + Support of course
