+Major Support Waltan is the best person that you can talk to, have a laugh with, but when it comes down to being serious, he is there and he is the person that will deal with it, (if he is there). In my opinion, Waltan would be the best fit for the Position of Vice Admiral for many reasons, 1. Because its needed, 2. Because of what i said before, 3. Because He deserves the position!

Most of these reasons include, Keeping the regiment in line, Making sure all personnel are meeting their required standards, Making sure all naval NCOs and below are doing what they should, including keeping some officers in line, and finally, giving assistance to any naval personnel to the best of my ability. Another thing that the Senior Officers are meant to do Is to host trainings, simulations and Certifications for new NCO personnel.
