(150 Word Minimum) Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum): I feel I deserve this rank for different reasons. The first being is Gaminglight is a place myself and many others enjoy and no one wants to have the fun ruined by rule-breakers. I notice during off-hours not many admins are on that can handle sits and some might even be overwhelmed at that time. I'd like to help out these staff members during these hours where they might not be able to take sits. Also, I realize I may not be that familiar with the ULX commands but I can promise you I am a quick learner indeed. Next, I'm very active on the server this could help when there aren't as many staff members on. Even though school is going on for myself and many others I can still be active and help out the staff on SCP-RP all week long. I've wanted to apply for staff for some time now but I felt I didn't have the experience I needed yet, but now I feel I am ready to take on the task of trial-mod. I'd like to help Gaminglight SCP-RP become and even more enjoyable place for myself and others by joining the staff team. We are accessing your critical thinking skills, your ability to use the staff handbook, and come to reasonable conclusions. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would begin by bringing them to a sitting room with the person that called the sit when he/she would begin to curse at me I would try to de-escalate the situation by talking to him/her to find out why they are doing what they are doing. If they are to continue to curse at me I would gag them so I could continue with the sit. After this, I would begin to check logs if I hadn't already and find out if it was mass RDM. While I am checking the logs I would ask the one who made the sit what his/her side of the story was and what happen to them. After looking at the logs I would begin to had out punishments to the one who mass RDMed. The punishments would be Mass RDM, NITRP, possibly Staff Disrespect depending on what was said. I would then get the correct rank staff to have him/her banned for the 5 days. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would approach this situation empathetically for the players. I can understand how frustrating some situations may be for people and my first goal would be to de-escalate and calm the players down so that we could continue to have a cordial conversation. If this does not happen and the situation continues to escalate, I would separate the players and freeze them with my gravity gun to ensure they do not try to move closer to argue with each other further. If possible, I would also ask for another staff member's assistance for this situation since there would be so many players involved in the sit. This would allow us to divide and conquer in order to get all involved players back into having fun playing the game!

Background Research: 049 has seen sickness in close to all d-class Hypothesis: 049 will see no corruption in 999 and therefor not be able to "cure" him. Observations (what happened?): when we brought 999 to 049's chamber we told 049 to check 999 for sickness. as we hypothesized 049 did not see any sickness in 999 and therefor also as we hypothesized he could not give 999 "the cure". instead what happened was they started to bond and became best friends. when we tried to have 999 exit 049's chamber 049 came out with him. when we tried to negotiate with 049 to get back into his chamber he said he wanted cookies and 999 wanted skittles. 049 wanted 10,000 chocolate chip cookies but we didn't have enough government funding so we had to compensate with 10,000 sugar cookies. then 999 KILLED 049. 999 started to panic so I went and comforted him to make sure he felt ok. then we brought 999 back to his box. I think I deserve this rank because I like to see when online bully's get beat at their own game. I like bringing people who are making games worse for others what they deserve and I have had experience with lots of online bullying in the past. I used to get bullied for the sound of my voice and I know how much that can hurt some one. I never like seeing people mad or sad because they cant play the game they want to play. I also like bringing cheaters to justice. almost every time I see some one breaking a rule in a game or cheating in general I report them because I know what they are doing is wrong. my final words for this paragraph is "what ever hides in the dark will always come to the light". Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this?: I will ask for the video footage from the person who called the sit and review it. if it was clear that he was abusing the glitch I will warn him and ban him for 2 to 24 hours depending on the severity of the glitch that was being abused. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving?: Its fairly common to see people doing random things and breaking random rules. so what i would do is tell them not to do it again aka a verbal and remind them that it is a waste of administrator time and resources.

Background Research: Scp 173 is a large stone statue that can break any ones neck in a blink of an eye. so far no study's have shown it has emotions. Hypothesis: scp 173 will become non hostile when hugged Observations (What Happened During Test): I took 1 d-class and put him into 173's chamber and I told the d-class to hug scp 173. the d-class do so and we closed the windows. When I checked on what was happening a minute later scp 173 and the d-class were still hugging which means that he was showing signs of emotion. then I closed the window again and waited once more. sadly after 30 seconds , I heard 173 say "your hugging to hard" and a large cracking noise and the d-class was terminated by 173. Background Research: so far to my knowledge is that 330 has no emotions or feeling in general. Hypothesis: it will let the d-class take a third piece after complimenting the bowl Observations (What Happened During Test): I took one d-class and an escort to LCZ and told the d-class to take one piece of candy and eat it and he did , then the same with the second piece. At the third piece i told the d-class to compliment the bowl and kiss it.
