Yeah? I disagree with you on all your judgement. I put in more then enough effort into this application and into Starfighter alone. I will not have an EX-MARSHALL talk me down or scare me away from this opportunity. I have been in this Branch since I started playing gmod, The day I got gmod was the day I join Star Fighters! It is my first life and the only regiment I enjoy so much! I try my best to show all my higher ups im ready to move up and to continue striving for Star Fighters! I am so proud to say Star Fighters is the best regiment to join and to go through as a team! I am always ready for everything even when I'm not, I always figure it out. I hope as I continue to strive in StarFighters I see my team strive as well. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have over 250 hours in our server! It doesn't sound like a lot but it is! I've been here since I started Gmod! 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? To oversee their team to keep them in line with latest information and to keep high command informed about how Star Fighters are running and doing. Mainly they are to uphold their team for anything that comes their way and to have the team ready for anything. Vice Marshall is a very important part of this team and without it the team will struggle and possible fail. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have been here to help everyone, Everyone who has needed something has come to me for help. Even in other regiments. Everyone knows me in this server, I want to be there when someone needs my help. I have worked to hard to get to this spot, I will never stop working to get this spot. I have also been in DT, I was a SGT and took the roles of tryouts very seriously. In every branch I've been in they have trusted me with how to do things so why shouldn't you guys trust me? 7. How often can you be Online? : I am on for exactly 12 hours and then I sleep 8 hours then wake up and get back on for another 12 hours. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : None.

(120 words) I believe I have proven that as an NCO I can get past the required number of tryouts and that I can handle being professional while doing it. I am not here to waste your time or mine. I'm here to show my best skills and build SF. I am going to put all my effort into SF as I already have. I believe I can steer a lot of good attention toward SF and help us gain more power and strive. I want to not just participate here I want to lead. I know when there's a time of hangout time and serious time. Why cripple your team that looks up to you and does as told when you can build them to be better and be guided correctly. What can you do to assist command with this rank? (60 words) Due to how I have skills in leading a squad/ team I believe that would help a bit with command. I can also carry my voice meaning I'm heard well and I'm liked by most so I'll never have a problem with someone not doing as told. I also have a fresher mind set on things then the other command members do, Fresh thoughts are good and keep teams going. What is the point of been a officer? (50 words) Leading and guiding your team. A team does not exist without a leader who can guide and show the proper ways in doing things. As well as skill-based things, those commanding skills will run off on a team and help them strive and win. Good communication is key to being a leader, You cannot lead a team without good communication either. What would happen if you see a fellow officer messing around and then commanding NCOs to mess around with him? (75 words) Firstly I would call out said member to stop what they are doing and to relies, he is a role model to the lower ranks and to start acting like it. If he/she continued I would report this player, at that point if they haven't stopped their plan is not to. Thats when a higher up is needed and as you should call for one to help with the situation.
