[150+ Words] I believe I'm ready for the responsibility that comes with the position, I think as an NCO I've already proven my capability as a clear speaker in tryouts, a reliable soldier in events and a perceptive leader with an intimate knowledge of advanced military tactics. But I'm not done there, with this position I can utilize and develop skills that will take Inferno's identity to the next level. My simulations will push our enlisted to their limits, keeping them fit and attentive and in line with the expectations every other battalion has for IF. I can promise you under my command, every member of IF will be prepped and loaded for battle at any moment. The enemy could strike at any time and IF will anticipate them an hour beforehand. What makes inferno squad so special is our unique sub-classes, currently I don't believe there are enough sub-class members and I don't believe the new enlisted are even aware of their existence. It's important we maintain a comfortable amount of sub-class members who can work together cohesively to create a stronger overall unit, I will ensure this via simulations. How could you assist Inferno Squad Command with this rank? [100+ Words] As previously stated, I will be actively hosting simulations and tryouts, making sure our ranks are healthy physically and numerically. Keeping tabs on enlisted is very important to me, their first week is usually how they decide whether or not they're staying in IF and feeling as though they're being paid attention to and are doing the right thing as well as their achievements being acknowledged for potential promotions or simulation rewards. I like to believe my best asset is my loyalty and how far I will go for others, so this shouldn't be an issue for me. Should our ranks inflate beyond that possibility I will suggest to other officers that they should keep tabs on those I'm currently unable to. There have been multiple occurrences where I have been the highest ranking IF online and during those times I took on the responsibility of leading any enlisted who were currently without orders. What Qualifications could you bring too the Inferno Squad Officer Team? My ability to think on my feet is an asset to roleplay, I've led almost every interrogation involving IF on the ISD and I'm able to quickly extract needed information from characters and unplanned roleplay. I've recieved feedback from interrogated individuals commenting on how fun the interrogation was for them and that they would do the RP again. AFKing benefits the server in a way that's unfair to other servers (IE it gets to the top of the population filter on gmod), that's the only reason I describe it as shady. There's a possibility there was no intention for this but unfortunately where there's financial benefit involved it's difficult to not assume the worst intentions. It's obviously not an attack on the server, I have money and time put into this server like everyone else, I dont have anything to gain from "attacking" it. I've not seen it this bad on any server I've been on before. Maybe I don't have enough experience, that's true, but I can tell you I myself was tricked when first joining the server into thinking it was more active than it actually was simply because of the player count. I admit that fixing this would require extreme changes to the server but when a problem is there it's important to point it out yeah?

What do you want to see?: AFK Farming nerfed Why should we add it?: I'm fine with all the shady practices done by this server to get donations, after all, people can decide to use their money however they'd like and it doesn't affect anybody except the purchaser, but AFK farming actively takes away from the general experience of others. 100 Players seems like a lot but when you take into account 25-35 of these players are simply AFK that brings the max players down to 70, and around the evenings (EST) it quickly gets filled. The entire grift just rubs me the wrong way and just makes the server seem cheap and desperate, players are incentivised to AFK because it makes the numbers look better on the gmod browser, meaning people looking for servers who will likely be sorting by most populated, the server rises to the top of the list and the person looking for a new server to play on in deceived into thinking the server is more active than it actually is. In the morning (GMT) the server averages 30-40 players, that seems like a decent amount, until you enter the server only to find out 5 or 6 are actually playing. There are solutions to this, pay and wait for a spot to snag or wait and wait even longer. Nobody benefits from the system except the server owners. Regular users cant join, new users are deceived and the AFK players get nothing but an arbitrary number becoming higher than it was before or a measly sum of credits to use on this server's inflated store. It's a dead horse but this server have received tens of thousands in donations and shouldn't need to rely on tactics this sleazy. We opened the applications to junior agents for a reason, citing a lack of experience seems to contradict this. However a fatter application with more detail would be preferable, the rank should be given to those who at the very least understand all the responsibilities they're inheriting.

I've talked in great length with agent Sharp Claw and we've both agreed that inferno's identity as a shadowy black ops group is at odds with DT. Our place lies with the navy and I wish to work towards bolstering that relationship as well as our relationship with SF whome we share a sector of the ISD with. We are not just a "black ops" unit, inferno squadron's unique connections give them the ability to be the first ones in and in places where the enemy least expects them, we should not simply be dropped onto the battlefield. this position will allow me to come closer to this goal. How could you assist Inferno Squad with this rank? [50+ Words] As a GMT player I'll be able to host tryouts at hours that the majority of inferno squad cannot be reasonably expected to host at. I believe our numbers should be given the most attention of any other problem with Inferno, my goal is to make sure we have a uniform in every corridor and that every other regiment sees and respects what it's insignia represents, the cold fist of the navy. I've already became friends with multiple members of SF and completed flight sims with them, like previously stated I'd really like to see a connection form there. If inferno squad does enter space combat, it would be nice to already have a strong alliance with SF and learn from them accordingly. Werewolf clonewars RP, I was an NCO for a week and trained 3 or 4 clone cadets when they joined the server. NCOs did not host tryouts on this server, NCOs only trained new recruits who just joined the server. What Qualifications could you bring to the Inferno Squad NCO Team? Outside of RP I have experience in advertising and media creation. I'd be happy to create videos and pictures representing IF and it's activities (all of this will be redacted of course and only shown to redacted personnel). I'm also an excellent shot, sporting a constant ping of 150 and 30fps whilst still punching up my rank damage wise. I'm quick witted and able to make interrogations immersive for the person being interrogated and generally being an asset to most roleplay scenarios.
