STEAM_0:0:103722386 How long have you been in Naval: 3days Why do you wish to become a Junior Officer: From my time as Crewman i have enjoyed the passive RP and i feel this is one of the few battalions that offer this level of passive RP. I enjoy how there is always something to do whether it be ordering supplies, Ship maintenance checks, to ID checks, to just walking around and talking with other naval. I want to be able to offer more to naval as i have alot of experience as an officer from other battalions. What are the duties of a Junior Officer? To help guide the enlisted and to be the first barrier that uphold the standards of the navy. They are there to ensure that the lower ranks have a voice and are having fun but also behaving. How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer? As stated before i have been in many of higher up positions on this server and on others. I am on quite often so i will bring activity and lots of tryouts. I look at my leadership style as firm but fair. I can be harsh but i will not enforce something that i wouldnt do myself so I lead by example.

I will also say i would like to become an officer to help shape purge as it is starting with alot of new faces and being built back up and i feel i can bring alot of advice and experience to the team. I find enjoyment by leading on the server so I feel i would excel at being an officer, I have been an Officer multiple times in the past and i have felt that i brought alot of value to the Officer teams i was apart of and i would like to be given a chance to do that here in purge aswell. I would like to be able take the new generation of purge and shape them into the best they can be and grow purge back into being one of the biggest and best battalions on server. If given the opportunity I am never one to turn down criticism whether I like it or not because I find it to be something to grow off of, what other people say of you does matter because you reflect your battalion so I am always open to growing. What Could You Bring To The Inquisitorious Purge Officer Team?: As stated before I can bring experience to the table as far as being an officer. But i also bring something i feel not many people have and that is a sense of Bluntness and Strictness but also being fair, I believe that if something is being done good or bad it should be talked about respectfully and i have and will continue to do that on this server. I also bring a unique outlook on trainings and simulations that some people may not think of because i have played on many different battalions and RP servers, so i can always keep people entertained with fun exercises. I also try and make sure that everyone in the battalion has a voice no matter if they are a PVT or a LT, because without an Enlisted core you could have no officer core so i believe it is important to listen to everyone as not everyone thinks the same and some of the best ideas i have seen in my time have come from new low ranks that had a different outlook on the subject. -Support Now to be fair im no longer much of a participating member of the server anymore but by god Alpha do you have some big issues -Caused countless issues in 501st to the point you had to be removed -Wes had to have on multiple occasions talks with you about your behavior in IC -Was removed from Omega Squad for bad behavior -Lied to both myself and Jaeger about former positions and the list could go on. Maybe you have changed a bit but it is going to be a long long time before you get a +support from me

- Support After your last run of Vice Commander i cannot +support this you actively were aggressive to other officers and you had openly talked about trying to overthrow the current commander. To make matters worse you went into the TS full of 501st and bad mouthed your own battalion like that just looks horrible.

-Support You are good but you need to make this longer. I suggest going and reading past accepted ones so you can see the length of their applications. If i see that you make it longer i will change my support

-Support After your Time in 501st i cannot with a good heart +support this Reasons -Lied constantly -Actively were toxic to other NCO/Officers -Argued with Higher Ranks -Argued with High Command -Actively Bad Mouthed other Sub branches of 501st after failing there tryouts To add on i wish you the best and hope u do prove me wrong this time but its seems you havent changed much as i have overheard conversations that should not be had on server and if someone clipped could get you in trouble. I get you want to put your opinion out there but sometimes if it isnt good you should keep it to yourself or bring it some where more private like Discord as it reflects poorly on you. My biggest worry is IC is in a rough spot and the last thing it needs is someone who pushes people away due to their own demeaner. As i stated previously i hope you do change but until i see it i will leave this as a -support

-Support Alright this isnt to try and slander you or anything but back when i was in IC you were placed as our Overseer and command had tried to work with you and you never attempted to help. I never saw u in that month attempt to better the command team who at the time was struggling and new. So i will have to give a -Support because of that reason and other past experiences i have witnessed involving you. My biggest worry is just that in your post you say u will coach and help battalions but last time you proved you dont do any of that. Maybe in the future i will +support your apps but for now i cant

+MASSIVE SUPPORT I cannot explain how good of a person dragon is, he has helped me countless times with problems in my battalion and he is always open to just sit and talk and work through issues. I think that is a great quality to have in a HC position.

1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : 501st Phase Zero Lead CPT PZ21(Aka Rico/FootSniffa Jr) 2. What Regiment are you applying for? 501st Vice Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to be given the chance to be Vice commander of 501st because I have poured most of my time on the server into the 501st rewriting documents such as Phase Zero and Jump trooper. I have also helped rebuild a once broken sub branch back up into a fully functioning group that shows activity and operates at a high level as intended. I also have many years experience leading units on servers in Star wars and in other genres as well, I feel that i am someone that a lot of the 501st can come to when they are having issues or just need to say something. I always am trying to better the 501st by hosting trainings and tryouts as often as i can and try to bring new and interesting things to the trainings. I also try and make sure that everyone in the battalion has a voice no matter if they are a PVT or a LT. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 260+ hours 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? I feel the main purpose of a Commander/Vice Commander to to set a bar and hold yourself and everyone else to it but most importantly hold yourself to it because if you do not follow your own standards than you cannot expect anyone else to follow them. I also believe it is the Commands job to help mold future command as if you do not prepare others you are leaving your own group in a bad spot and set the battalion up for failure. A Commander or Vice Commander should make the battalion somewhere where people want to go and have fun it is their job to ensure that people are having a good time. It is also the job of Command staff to make sure that everyone's voice is being heard the reason for that is if you only listen to a certain group you wont get new perspectives on things and that could lead to missed opportunities. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe i can be trusted as i am the Current Phase Zero Lead and Lead of Jump Troopers which Akeru has trusted me with the position. I also feel like one of the most important aspects about me is i am not afraid to let people in my unit know when they are doing something wrong and put them on the correct path. As I have previously stated i have past experience leading units and being at a high command level so I know what is expected of the position and what needs to be done. I will always try and help new and old players of the Battalion whatever their needs are whether it just be someone to talk to and help with some basic combat training or someone who is looking to move up in the ranks and wondering how to properly present themselves so that they may be an effective NCO/Officer. I know I have not been around the Imperial RP community for as long as others that go for command positions but I feel I am solid choice due to the fact that I have meshed with the 501st so well and it feels as if I have been apart of the unit for much longer than i actually have been.
