I feel encourged to say that with me in an officer position, i could do good to the battalion, i feel like i have enough experience as an officer to do whats necessary to keep this battalion in great shape, and i also know my weaknesses which im willing to freely express and change, I also believe that i can represent the opinion of NCOs and Enlisted while maintaining a safe and friendly enviroment within the battalion. I also know and fully understand the role that officers have in regiments, and can be of great service to the higher ranks in Tank. Lastly i like rewarding those that deserve it, so becoming an officer would mean that it is dependant on me as well as other colleagues to determine which people are good and which people arent. it is safe to assume though that activity is not one of my biggest skills, im at certain stage in life where gaming cant be something i give a lot of time to, but i still try to find ways to play and enjoy the server with you guys, and i can assure you that i will try my best to stay as active as possible, meet the designated quotas that officers have, and give a fun experience to those in tank as well as others. 6. What can you do to improve the battalion? firstly i will make sure that our troops have something to do, whether thats sims, trainings, tryouts, or PT even, i will make sure that our troops have a reason to stay and a reason not to leave our battalion. I will encourage our NCOs to meet their set quotas and discipline the Enlisted to become better at their role in the battlefield. i will also try and voice the opinions of the lower ranks while voicing mine as well to reach better outcomes for the regiment 8. How do you differ from other applicants? Ive been an officer in different servers and have experience dealing with some unusual circumstances. I was an officer in Inferno Squadron back when that was a thing, and also have experience as Shock Trooper commander in another server. While both of these jobs do not compare to the job tank has, i feel like being an officer anywhere brings basic experience to everybody that assists in every situation when being a leader, and i can safely say these experiences have taken me to where i am today, with my knowledge im sure i can assist anywhere and provide help to those that need it

This statement IMO Is overreacting, The whole reason this suggestion was made was to be able to spawn our ships by ourselves without the help of GMs, making the process way faster and more reliable. We dont want to take SFs job and no one ever said or stated something along those lines, Also sims would be made faster and almost without the need of GMs, We can and we will make sure that every IF understands when they can fly and when to not fly by upping the amount of flight sims and trainings we make.

I can also Do passive roleplay very well and be cooperative with other crewmen while working. Why should you be trusted with this position?: Because i believe that my activity, Personality and Passive roleplay skills will benefit the gunneries in general, I also believe that i can be trusted because of my seriousness while roleplaying, Even though i may try to have fun while were not doing anything as soon as were called for an event im able to get into my position pretty easily and not be a minge in the middle of the roleplaying action. Why do you want this rank?: Even though i have little to no experience as havoc, I like to learn and for that reason id like to join, to learn how they work and what is expected of them and gunnery officers. Havoc is a battalion that has been interesting to me for a bit now and i think its time i try it out, I Can fit and learn pretty easily and vibe with the other gunnery officers. Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?: yes What is your purpose within your assigned branch?:The gunneries are in charge of the turbolasers and the ships offensive systems, they also work together with havoc company to ensure every part of the ship is fixed and operational, we are expected to know how to passiverp. We act as combat engineers off ship and must ensure all vehicles inside the battlefield arent damaged

Looks too coincidential to be an accident, And even then he should still be punished for it. Running around with a rocket launcher in your hands isnt a great idea

+1 As of now my views of sharpshooter is that it is an upgrade to the Agent role, which of course, shouldnt be the case. And currently there are no reason Not to join Sharpshooters other than the fact that maybe you get different assignments sometimes. Although this change doesnt really change what ive just stated its a better way to go as of now.

+Support Even though your application is a bit barebones youre a damn good NCO. I think youd fit well in our officer team. This is something that with time and effort can be easily fixed and judging by the times ive been with you youll have no problems
