It just seems intresting and fun to play in. I was the person who gave him the warn. The reason why I gave him the warn was because he was a SGT In D5, so he should have known how to RC 173. Also he was a decent level, so i thought he had read the MOTD so i gave him a formal warning.

What are you suggesting? - Adding a NLR timer on the top of the screen when you die. For example if you die as Sarkic, it will show a 3 minute timer In seconds to show how long your NLR is left till you can come out. How would this change better the server? - We Wont have to use a actual stop watch to time it. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Its not nesccary, it also may be annoying when you die on accident, and have a NLR timer on your screen but in reality your acuttaly 'Alive' Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everyone.
