    I think we should probably look into the seller, not the buyer.

    He got it from a quartermaster and deliberately used it because of the loophole. But its stated the ethereal is only to be used on SCPS

    What are you suggesting? -  Clarify the regulations regarding the Ethereal and who can use and how to use

    How would this change better the server? -  Would prevent people from using the loophole to abuse ethereals and get out of warns

    Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. -  People might think this is an unneeded change and trust me, i do too but someone did this so i feel the need to propose a change

    Who would this change mostly benefit? -  Everyone. Wouldnt allow people to shoot humans with Ethereals as a class D for example

    Sidenote: I really hate i had to make this but the argument "Its not stated in the MOTD" was used when this happened so i feel a need to change it

    Any extra information: He Claims that because its not in the MOTD he was fine in shooting people with an ethereal as a classD completely ignoring the fact that its only in the MTF SOPs because they are the main people to recieve them and it should be common sense even if someone else gets their hands on it

     

    extra note: i asked a member of JMT and they said it was warnable

    It says in the advert “no further warnings will be given” likely meaning this is the third advert and u need ur hands up by the time u get up elevator so they killed you for not having them up by then

    If this is the case ZJ was right to just shoot you.

    The issue was that all Maynard players were getting way too comfortable with just RDMing people for no reason, even Colt said that he hated it. If people weren't kill hungry, it wouldn't have happened. And for a reason, you can be pretty vague with your reasoning too, just learn how to play around it man don't go to hate it.

    The reason I will not be supporting this application is because while you were on Surgeon a few days ago, there was a CI Raid in which you were the cause of several issues. To start you were cuffing Chaos personnel as a none combatant and without having FearRP in place. You were witnessed by multiple people flaming Chaos for killing you when you literally activated lockdown and cuffed them. You even came into our comms to complain and rage about them. This is most definitely NOT how you are to conduct yourself as a Junior Command or in a hypothetical, RRH Engineer position.  

    Again this is not what I wish I had to do but if anyone else did this they woulda gotten in some shit.

    From what i’ve seen of you, heavy minge. You have made an effort to stop tho recently which i commend you for. You also got a pretty good personality.   I’m curious to see how you will handle your responsibilities tho if u get it
