(150 Word Minimum) Well I currently believe I should be staff for my overall unbiased, I will always consider both sides with evidence and not rush to any decisions regardless of who they are as of why I believe I deserve the rank, mostly because when I was previously staff on [GL] I had a very well maturity level regarding the sits, even if the sits didn't go some ones way they still respected me for my decisions because I was straight forward and not bias. I would first of all bring them to a sit (!bring "") if they start cursing at me I would (!gag "") them and proceed with asking for video information I would check the warns on the 'RDMer' and if they have a recent past on RDM, Mass RDM, or even upon racism, or NITRP, I would probably give them a warn also would like to add if I don't think they need a warn I would (!jail @ 300 seconds) and request they read (!MOTD) as I find that very useful to look over. I personally like to use the players steam ID can be checked in game, only if the persons IGN is similar to another player, if they are looking at a ban, it would be worth it to call a Senior Mod+ to ban the player.

I believe it is better to use Gmod chromium, search it up, it also helps with "Cache crashes" at least try that.

What you want to see? - A clock system Why should we add it? - I feel like this would add a lot of better RP situations for Gov, including while someone is playing Judge, it would be a lot more professional, and it would make absolute sense with the night and day system (Player A (Gov.)) (150 Word Minimum) I put a lot of time and thought into this and well putting my philosophy behind and so of the controversy, I do believe that my deserving of this rank is in the stats, when we had the star rating system I was overwhelmingly positive within my sits, I over exceeded my "sit count" and I was very neutral with community, I was not only impressing staff I was also impressing community members, one person called me their "favorite staff member" sure I felt accomplished about that. But I am going to not only put that behind us, regardless of that or not, I feel like being removed off the staff team wasn't only good for that time being, it gave me time to work on myself, think better, and be better. My "Philosophy" is that you shall work for what you truly want, if not prove that is where you should be, and I also believe (everyone is deserving of a second chance) despite the one instance, I truly believe I would be a much bigger difference and a better influence to the community. I would start by !jailing Him/her for approximately 300 seconds and ask them to read MOTD (with a link provided) as I am a Trial-mod, I would look at logs and see if the other party (the reporter) has a video, If the instigator is cursing at me I will try !gag <user> I like to give people chances so afterwards I would listen to their side of the story, depending on the situation, I would ask assistance of a SNR-Mod, where they can decided if a ban is necessary.

What you want to see? - Me personally, I would like to see night time be removed Why should we `remove` it? - Honestly night time worked on that big city map, but as it looks now its not really pleasant to the maps design, I hope I can speak for a lot of people when daylight looks better. Yeah sure it will add a sense of realism, but if it was gonna stay maybe optimize it more, either way the server is a little laggy recently. What are the advantages of having this? - the advantages, well there can be many, when something looks nice people wanna see it more, that point stands with art itself, or maybe it can reduce the lag, yes of course not remove the lag problem completely, but I am sure it can help at least a little?
