  1. +Support She's present pretty much every day, and has shown a lot of competence. Plus, having command members during slower hours could be very useful not only for Medical, but for the server as a whole.
  2. 1. What’s your In-Game Name Oregon (SFM SFTO EM Oregon) 2. What’s your SteamID (e.g. STEAM_0155975235) STEAM_0:1:61177269 3. What is your Rank EM (Elite Medic) 4. Total strikes you’ve ever received 2 (All have expired due to a month and a half having passed since their application.) (One of them was a meeting strike.) 5. How many warnings do you have on GL 1 6. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you 9 7. Why do you believe you should become a Medical Command member (100+ words) For three particular reasons, of which I shall list and detail here one-by-one: One - My activity, something that made me be called, including by members of Medical Staff, as the most active member in the division, which can be backed by my daily logs in the Discord's Medical Clock-In, showing that in every single day since I've joined Utility, not a single one (besides a while in which I even had to make an LoA text) has gone by without my presence in the server, to the point that often I stay in-game even during late night (BRT), doing countless Trainings and Medical Procedures, in the latter's case especially Surgeries, of which can be quite amusing due to the many bizarre situations that the personnel around Utility can make. Two - Since I've joined the division, it was easy to notice on how passive and serious Medical can be, a fact that was never a problem for me, as I always appreciated genuine roleplay, so much that I bring a large baggage of previously played RP modes, some of which are of the Serious type, but this has also brought me mixed feelings whenever I see somebody minging around in the Medbay, like screaming, stealing, playing music without authorization, having hired personel killing surgery patients without permission, and those are just a few examples of actions that bring to light the complete opposite way of what is intended to be done in the job, something that I hope to correct, even if slowly and for separate, precious periods of time. Three - Although I prefer to take a more no-nonsense position when roleplaying, I always take a more friendly and relaxed position when talking to people I know in the server, something that I also like doing when making Check-Ups and doing Trainings, in the hopes to bring the best image of the Medical Division as I possibly can, allowing those I have around to talk what they have in their minds, allowing their curiosity to flow whenever there is room for it, in the case of Trainings being just prior to giving the Trainee/s their test. I believe that this position can be useful to bring more Medics around, and I hope to incentivate other personel to take a similar position (though it's not something I want to force on people, just suggest). [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as a command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. You have found a Resident in HCZ, what do you do First, I'd ask them why they are there, and if they present me a understandable justification, such as having been captured by, let's say, the Chaos Insurgency or SCP-106, I'll just bring them back to the Medbay, but if they say they didn't know weren't supposed to be there, I'd make them return to the Medbay, with me escorting them and showing the right path in case they don't know it, and in the worst case scenario, if the Resident presents themselves to know they weren't supposed to be there, or (accidentaly or not) reveal themselves as a minge, I'll apply the punishment for this action, that being a strike, and thus removing them from Medical due to their rank. 8-2. There is a Medic requesting to be trained for Field Work, how would you train them Initially, I'd ask them if they are familiar with the essential areas of Field Work, such as the D-Block and the Armory. Second: Show them about the concept of Critical Conditions and the Codes where they are applied on. Third: When a Hazmat suit is used and what do you do to put them on. Fourth: How rolls are not necessary to heal. Fifth: How to use Binds and what they are for. Sixth: Show them the healing priorities, as well as where and when they can heal. Last: Tell them that despite Field Medics not being like the standard initial Medical job, it is still a Non-Combatant. Afterwards, the Field Work SOP will be given, told to be read, and once confirmed to be finished, a set of at least 7 questions will be given to make sure the Trainee can be a Field Worker. 8-3. You see an Exp Medic shooting D-Class in D-Block, what do you do I'd ask them to stop immediately and tell me why did they shoot at the D-Class, then tell them that they are a Non-Combatant, and thus unable to shoot anybody unless they are shot at first, with this recent act being against the rules indicated in the SOP, that being the breaking of Rules of Engagement, and that this will now unfortunately result in a strike.
