035 is intelligent, not brute strong. He’s easy to kill because MTF need to stop him to prevent a possible nuke, especially when his CC isn’t far from 682. He already has a one shot, the ability to equip guns for long range, and the possibility to turn other strong units into his slave, a health buff is unnecessary.

No... First it would make it easier for SCP/D-class to escape, Second it defeats the whole point of the bridges. Saying that makes it sound like you just want a wholee platform there so people can escape easier and get up to LCZ easier as SCP's.
quite a few:
Easier to escape, means D-class or sarkic if they escaped they get a butt load of XP well Sarkic does.
Easier for SCP's to reach their locations, will cause SCP's to kill a lot more and ruin the fun of running away.
Easier for MTF or people to just camp there and wait for anyone to try and escape (Know some MTF like to do that)
Ruins RP a little as HCZ is useful for its complications to get to the other side of it to exit.
