looking at your ban panel, you were banned by Snar for hitting the 40 warn threshold, however you have 5 warns not from PoliceRP meaning that you only have 38 PoliceRP warns. I'm not sure why you would be banned for the threshold if you never hit it. overall, your ban appeal shows remorse and maturity. I'm not sure if this is able to be appealable due to the nature of the ban however i will give a +Support because of the change you've shown in this appeal.

Solomon saw my wanted status and then placed me in cuffs. While i was in cuffs, a staff member (King) revoked my wanted status due to the situation with the OFC. Solomon than placed a warrant for me for the reason "yep" in order to justify his arrest. In my opinion this is not RDA but rather FailRP, Solomon made me wanted for no reason in order to arrest me. you goofy fr, any type of threat over a video game, DDoS threats, Doxxing threats, Death threats, are considered a "terroristic" threat. IMO this shouldnt even a perma ban it should be a community wide blacklist. -Support

However i believe you should wait a few weeks before applying again, just for you to get known a bit more. I will say this, if this app is excepted i see no problem in you being staff and i think you would do well however i think you arent known enough. Good luck!

-Support it would be hard in my eyes to make it so that only department command and staff can use it. sometimes at night there is no staff or command on so no one would be able to demote them. What if an SM has to demote someone who is minging off the job?
