You say this is a general problem but this post is entirely about the medical command. This is the wrong place you would put your complaints in, a wiser choice would be posting it in the medical section of the forums. Even so, I wouldn't even make a forums post about this. From what I see what you've typed out, you didn't talk to anyone about it. By that I mean you didn't go through the CoC (Chain of Command). This problem is based mostly and probably solely on lack of communication with HCMD. You only talked to Low CMD and enlisteds. If this is a complaint to also HCMD, you can always go to Site Administration. But I would want to talk to HCMD first just for extreme measures that makes you feel what they did was wrong, and then go to Site Administration. Would like to point out that it's HCMD decision to accept your ACM application, sometimes +Supports matters and sometimes it doesn't. You can debate on that of course. If I were in your situation: Talk to HCMD about your application because they are one of the only people to deal with sub-branch applications (Not enlisteds. not other CMD though they can give you perms and guide you on making it, they can't accept it). Heck, I did this when my MMF application was still pending. I waited 3 whole weeks for it to be accepted and I talked to HCMD about it. And they said they were really busy with real life stuff. And because of a simple conversation with HCMD and following the CoC, I know why it was taking a long time to get accepted. And I wasn't mad, though I was a bit sad it would take a while. And then after a while (3 weeks after my application and other applications), SA had to accept all the sub-branch applications and there is little drama over it. It was like a "finally!" moment. Though if HCMD kept forgetting about accepting/denying your application, then yeah, talk to Site Administration. Don't make a forums post about it. This is my response to your statement.
