+support I actually spoke with someone about this and its moreso because of how many weapons there is and how many jobs there is

-support Be active BEFORE applying for staff, I have not seen you once on the server and I play for around 3-4 hours daily Your scenario questions have minimal/no effort whatsoever You state you lose your cool sometimes, while you may back off to cooldown you need to ensure if your about to lose your cool you hop off BEFORE that happens, staff sets an image and helps newer players, and we can't lose our cool whilst staffing.

+/- A few bad apples get in through applications as well, its just seen more with the interviews, however some amazing staff have gotten in through interviews (Including a guy who made it to JMT via these, resigned a long time ago, and was JMT on a diff GL server), I am all for making it a bit harder to get in through Interviews but not discontinuing them

Or, counter argument here, report staff that do that with evidence so they can be dealt with and most likely removed from the staff team. Logs don't always log something if that makes sense ( Examples being kills not popping up sometimes ), Noclipping around is the point of them depending on the server, the picking up and jailing the server bit is not and could be considered abuse if its 100% without reason (The picking up, not the jailing), trainings fine, but better training isn't going to stop someone from abusing, reporting them with evidence does.

+/- Reading on the swep I noticed two things that caught my attention: "This mod has not been tested in multiplayer... I don't really have a way to test it with another player so yeah... anyone who can mess around with this in multiplayer, please, do your best to break it and tell me about it." And "Note: I no longer edit/ update this mod. Anyone is free to download and change the code as well as re-upload it to the workshop, on the condtion that credit is given." That first bit to me shows that it may not be usable in multiplayer | That second bit shows me that with time we can modify and reupload it for the server which means it can be optimized better So I will be remaining neutral

+/- Going to be neutral 173 is more tied to lore as is rn as 3+ eyes on him prevents him from moving whatsoever, I do believe an extra ability of sorts to "blind" everyone in the area, usable every 45-60 seconds and lasts for 5-10 seconds (Enough to kill 3-5 people), similar to a flashbang effect added to his swep As for 049 suggested changes: I fully support the change to his FearRP rules requiring just that one extra person

-support Raid timer in rules states 10 because that is the lowest it can go. Chaos SOP Prohibits them from doing raids every 10 minutes without Gamma perms and is 15 minutes between each raid

-support Where to start - I have seen 15+ Gensec get fucked over by a a few D Class CC, so while it may seem perfect to have atleast 3 gensec present to provide escorts, its not ideal, the NCO/Officer in D Block will decide if its been safe enough to send an escort - Gensec is supposed to handle security of D Block so them telling a researcher to "Buzz off" has a reason to it, there not a service job whatsoever they are a fighting force that is equipped to handle D Block and low level attacks and hold out so reinforcements can arrive as needed - Any class D escaping past guards could lead to: SCP Breaches, Good guns equipped to D Class, kidnapped foundation, compromised gates from escape, and a pain for MTF who have better things to worry about such as: Feeding SCPs and Chaos

-support Question 13 answer isn't promising whatsoever There is NEVER a circumstance where you would blacklist someone for swearing at you, not even the N word gets a blacklist unless its legit done consistently and has shown no change in attitude/behavior after the first ban or two From above comment you do have warns and openly lied about not having any

-support - D Class are expendable - To many guns in D Block, I swear D Class have more weapons then Gensec any day

+support I myself have gotten confused with certain SCP rules as they are sometimes really hard to find because of how spread out the SCP Rules are. For refrence you have the general rules for SCP's, each individual SCP rules, and then the self breach SCP rules to go through, this is annoying when your looking for a specific SCP, so I believe decals with rules for the specific SCP in each CC would be a good change for newer players and more long-term players of the server

+1 Going to be neutral for the following reasons - The warn amount is high, and a picture of your warns would be nice Positive Side - App looks good, and is formatted in a professional way, showing effort and detail - I had almost no issues with you and you seem mature Edit: Changed to +support seeing as warns aren't at all recent

-support - Whilst I have 0 issues with you, I have never seen you. From the comments above it would appear as if others have no idea who you are. I would recommend anywhere from 8 weeks to 2 months of playing on the server to get better known in the community. | Your app is ok in terms of writing but could be better with a bit more effort.

+support - With my encounters of Shyn ingame: Helpful to those who ask, listens to reason and has common sense. - I have had 0 issues with Shyn whilst I am staffing and even when I am not staffing.
